Took two hour s to get code to enter. Place is a dump, outside cabin stairs warp and caving in. Picnic table collapsing, inside was clean and shiny. Two hours before check out went to breakfast then return to to pack and could not use code to enter. Still had hour and a half till check out. Spent 30 minutes trying to contact human and when we did he didn’t have know why code didn’t work, was going to ask his supervisor. Never heard back! Had to go through unlocked window to get to our car keys and luggage . Horrible service and misleading photos.

The unit was missing some basic items needed for a comfortable stay. There is no staff on site after hours so we were not able to get any help. Our communication was with an A/I so it was of no help. We were promised to be re-imbursed for an item but never was.

Great Location, Responsive Management

I can't say how much I loved the location of this cottage. It was a short walk to shops/restaurants, and to Grand Lake itself. Also close to a beautiful river. It is a small little cabin, which was expected but still something to be aware of if its more than two people. It felt refreshed, with modern decor. The coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave is a good addition since it does not have a kitchen. And it had a nice supply of plates/cups/silverware. Overall a great little cabin. We did have some issues with the pull out bed not having sheets, but someone always answered the phone at the management company and followed up to ensure it had been fixed. It did take a while to get the cleaning company to drop off the sheets but I know the management company did their best with coordinating everything. Thank you!
