Fall in love with Fruita!

This place is incredible. The home is well kept and clean with a beautiful kitchen. The back yard was perfect for our dog and we are so thankful that pets are allowed :) Looking forward to staying here again. Would highly recommend the nearby restaurant, Base Camp Provisions.

We love coming to Fruita and this cozy little house made it even more enjoyable. The location is great, the house was very clean and well-appointed. There was great attention to detail as we had everything we could need. We were very comfortable here and didn’t want to leave!

This property was in a great neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. Loved the welcome basket when we checked in-very nice touch, as that meant we didn’t need to go to the grocery until the next day. The backyard was ideal for our pups. There were also dog blankets, and dog bowls provided. The property was very clean. We only rented one bedroom, but this would also be ideal for a larger group, as there were two more bedrooms available that were closed off during our visit. Oh, and the king bed upstairs was so comfy. LOVED this place. Can’t wait to return.
