Lakefront perfection in Gouldsboro, PA
The house was sparkling clean and decorated so nicely. Check-in/out was a breeze. We loved that the property was lakefront and dog friendly.
We utilized the dock every day to fish (and caught some nice ones too!), made s'mores around the fire pit and took the kayaks out to explore the lake. We used the grill a few times and ate out on the deck, which was so nice. The kitchen is well stocked with nice cookware and every gadget you need to make a meal. Linens and towels are provided, which makes packing a lot easier and there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy meals together.
We purchased weekly amenity passes and got to swim in the community pool, use the lake beach and play pickleball on the well-maintained courts. All of which were fun and kept the kids entertained for most of the day. We played bingo at the community center one night. It was affordable and everyone had a great time.
All in all, I would highly recommend this property and plan to book it again in the future. The house itself is wonderful, the community offers enjoyable things to do for adults and kids alike and there are stores nearby for easy access to just about anything you need during your stay.
We appreciated the prompt responsiveness to any questions we had before and during our stay. Not only was the house fabulous, but the host's communication was equally as amazing.
