This is our cottage here at Sunny Hill. This cottage has 60 feet of your own sandy beach, 200 feet from your door step with a comfortable depth of water ideal for young children and also adults. Each place is equipped with 2 kayaks, paddle boat and a row boat for some of the greatest bass fishing in Fulton county. The cottage is our newest ,and it's gorgeous. We are on a private dirt road for a peaceful vacation. We supply all linens and bath towels. Bring your own beach towels .The place is stocked with all pots, pans, dishes. If you need anything else we live on the property also, We are available at all times to make sure our guests receive the best accommodation possible. Some people with groups or families that are larger than 4 people We have another cottage if we have both cottages available at the same time on the calendar.

The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
