Loved staying here and with my big family we all had space to relax and it’s super close to all the attractions definitely booking again in the future.

Great location, not all advertised amenities were available

This is a gorgeous renovated home in walking distance to nearly all of the town’s attractions. We loved the location, charm, and furnishings. However, not all advertised features were available. The listing indicates a toaster in the completely stocked kitchen. There wasn’t one. It also advertised access to laundry facilities. The basement door was padlocked. There were several small details in cleaning and upkeep that could use improvement. None of the wall clocks functioned. The ceiling fans had visible dust on the blades, and the outdoor space in the back was unkempt. The listed check-out time is 11:00AM. However, I received a message on the morning of our departure telling me we were expected to check out by 10:00AM. We arrived after the indicated 4:00PM check in time after hours of traveling and had difficulty reaching the host to be given the door code. We looked past that since it appeared to have been an issue with the VRBO app.

Wedding Weekend Trip

This listing hosted by Luis and Kristine could not have been any better. We had an 11-person group all flying in from out of town for a wedding and it was the perfect place for us. The communication with Kristine was 10/10 and she was very accommodating to any question we had. Along with this home being exactly as it was stated in the listing, the location also was perfect. The very quiet neighborhood just one short block away from the Glenwood strip was a very easy walk. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. The group all agreed this was the best rental experience we had ever had.

Very nice, well equipped, comfortable home

Our family stayed here to celebrate a birthday and get together for a reunion. The home was absolutely beautiful with a historic charm. Everything worked as expected, fully furnished, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place for 10 family members to get together. It was right in the downtown area with everything, including the hot springs within walking distance. The neighborhood was clean and bright well taken care of. The owners where immediately responsive to questions. When we stay in Glenwood Springs again, we will definitely stay here!

Large, fun Glenwood Springs Home

5 Bedrooms with a bathroom in each one. Kids thought the arcade was really fun. Loved that we could walk downtown easily. Cute home and neighborhood. Large kitcen and dining space,too.

Great location

Great house for our group. The teens loved the upstairs room with air hockey and video game machine. It has a great kitchen with a large stove for cooking for the group. The location is great. Easy walking distance to the pool and downtown area.

Glenwood Springs Family Reunion

My mom's extended family gathered in two VRBOs in the downtown area. We all thought this was the best of the two homes. This home fit out 14 family members for dining and gathering. It didn't have enough bedrooms for all of us, so the two houses were required. It was a short walk to great food, bars, activities, groceries, Walgreens, etc. We had two cars and there were two drive parking spaces and street parking also. The house was clean, spacious, good easy to use kitchen, and games for entertainment. Some Galaga was played. 😊 We really appreciated the remodel/updating of the house keeping the historic beauty. Everything was easy with check in/out, and communication with the owners. The house really made the weekend even more memorable for the family.

Great family getaway home

We enjoyed this beautiful home. It is decorated so cute!! The location was right in town. The beds were comfortable. We loved having our own bathrooms in each room. The kids loved the game room. My only thing to improve on is to stock the kitchen a little better. More pans & some hot pads, more mixing bowls. But we had a wonderful time & would recommend this place to others. The Hosts were great to respond to us quickly as well.

Great family getaway

Was a perfect location in town. Great to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Great seating area for lots of people in the kitchen. Our only complaint was that although it said it was air conditioned , it wasn’t very…the bedrooms were pretty good because they had individual window units but the rest of the house was pretty warm. This was likely because it was during a heat wave in Colorado. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay for family vacation!

We had a group of nine family members and this house was spacious enough for all of us. There was a sufficient number of beds and plenty of bathrooms/showers for our group. The younger kids really enjoyed the game room. The location was very convenient and we were able to walk right into downtown. The kitchen had pans and plates and silverware so that we could cook some of our meals. The grocery store was less than half a mile away. Overall, it was a great stay!

Charming Home Close to Everything

We had family come into Colorado from Texas and decided to take them to Glenwood Springs. This place worked great for our group. It is an older house that has been remodeled with five bedrooms and a bathroom for each bedroom. There is plenty of room, and the house is within walking distance to most of Glenwood Springs, including the hot springs.

Wonderful Gathering Place

As a group of six women we truly enjoyed the comfort and spaciousness of the house. We were all able to gather at the kitchen table to sip coffee in the morning and gather around in the living room to sip wine in the evening. The kitchen was huge, and we regretted we weren't able to stay longer and cook up some meals. All and all a wonderful visit.
