Horrible experience. Split the bill three ways, registered for 3 guests but was told the next morning we could only have breakfast for 2 people and to add another person was 10.99. No WIFI the entire stay and staff was extremely rude.

Wonderful hotel and exceptional staff!! The hotel breakfast was much better than most others!

This hotel was by far the least satisfactory of all the hotels we stayed at during our 2 week vacation to the Grand Canyon. The floor in our room appeared to have been flooded and some pieces were no longer glued down and were actually completely up and a tripping hazard. Our daughter was recovering from knee surgery and this was a most dangerous and difficult situation to deal with. The bathroom sink kept gurgling, upon closer inspection, we realized it was back flowing from another room INTO our sink. I was absolutely disgusted by this situation. At the time I made this reservation, I was told there would be high speed internet. Upon our arrival we were advised there was a possibility we might not have any internet at all, and if we did it would be very slow. This is more than just an inconvenience when on vacation and need to do business from away. When we told the front desk, they simply seemed to dismiss our issues and told us the flooring, was a warranty issue and not their fault or problem.I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Good and nice hotel, room is clean, staffs is nice . Nice pool . Close to high way and all the parks

Very clean, nice varied breakfast, conveniently located near canyons in Arizona and Utah.

Best budget hotel thus far during our multi-city multi-state national park trip. Rooms are excellent and are closer to 4-star hotels but at the price of a 2-3 star hotel. Staff were nice and accommodating. Service was great. Nice included buffet breakfast. Decent hot tub next to the swimming pool (which wasn't ready yet for the season when we visited).

The hotel is located in a convenient location, clean, and staff are friendly. However, the whole experience was impacted by the horrible wifi access; you could say the wifi was not available; everyone was frustrated. I could not even send pictures to family to share, even sending original texts were slow. I ended up using my own data.

In Page for 3 days of hiking. Hotel was wonderful, centrally located. Check in was efficient and friendly and we had room on top floor so no one walking overhead. Room was spacious, modern & clean. Best of all was Keurig coffee maker in room! Didn't need to make a Starbucks run although it was only 2 blocks away. Best breakfast we've had in a hotel. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, oatmeal with all the topping severed by a very friendly staff person. Hotel has pool and hot tub but pool was closed till May 1st. Hot tub felt great after a long day of hiking. We really enjoyed the Best Western Plus & highly recommend it.

The hotel was in a great location, the newly renovated rooms were nice, however the flooring was awful. It was cheap vinyl with ribs in it and many many ripples. Sometimes it was difficult to walk safely on. It was noisy to the people below. Carpets are harder to keep clean I realize but the type of flooring that was installed was sub par.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. We were given a free upgrade because the hotel was at/near capacity.

Very nice hotel near to major attractions in Page, AZ. Best breakfast ever had. Highly recommended.

Nice location. Wished the pool wasn't out of commission.

Very nice setting with cleanness; close to Antelope tour office for an early tour without any hassle; professional front desk personnel

Best hotel I have ever had in this price, especially for this location.

Overall, it was a good hotel. However, we were placed in Room 122, which is the first room on the first floor. The sound proofing was horrible as we could hear people walking and talking along the corridor constantly. The worst part was the sound of foot thumping coming from the second floor in the middle of the night. When we tried to convey our discomfort to the reception on 20th Dec, 11pm, we were told that she cannot do anything and will wait till 12am to inform the guests on second floor. We felt kinda disgusted with her reply and ended up sticking to the room. The noise continued to the morning of 21st dec till we checked out on 22nd. All this could have been avoided if the hotel could have a more empathetic and resourceful front desk staff on 20th Dec, considering the fact that the hotel wasnt running at full occupancy. We requested to change room but was denied. The other front desk staffs such as April and Katherine were friendly and efficient. Otherwise, this is a good and central hotel. The room is clean and spacious, breakfast buffet was abundant with plenty of variety.

Good service, great location, decent breakfast, nice staffs. The only drawback is the low wifi connection

My wife and I enjoyed this hotel immensely. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Our room was very nice with very tasteful decor. I have no complaints whatsoever. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Excellent experience, the breakfasts were AWESOME!!! The staff was friendly and helpful to those who are from other countries, that was neat to see!!!

wifi was not working.... the flooring was tiled and it was dirty... u can't walk without shoes in the room.... it was that dirty!

Dear Anonymous, Please check your reservation confirmation with Expedia. Did you make a reservation with a defaulted 2 person in a room? All hotels charges by the person, so there is a 3 person charge. I am sorry our front desk clerk did not connect the dot to check why a 2 person room is splitting a room cost 3 ways? Thank you.

Dear Gale, I am very sorry to hear our hotel did not meet your expectations. Internet is slow for the Page area due to its remote location. I do apologize there is nothing the front desk clerks can do to speed up the Internet as it is an area wide infrastructure problem. There simply is not enough bandwidth capacity to service the utility demand for all the tourists and locals in the area during peak usage hours. I am sorry for the inconveniences. Unfortunately, Page is more known as a place for natural beauty than for a technology crossroads. Thank you.

Dear Shu: Page, AZ is located in a remote area where fiber optics line has not reached area businesses. I apologize for your slow Internet speed, but during peak hours, it is slow for all in town. Thank you.
