An alright stay for a night in the smokey mountains.

It suits the purpose of an overnight stay, but a week of opening your door to souvenir shop? (Directly next to motel and pool is in middle of parking lot to each structure). Parking is tight but doable.

There wasn't enough parking spaces, for all of the rooms

Cool family owned property right in the middle of the action! Small rooms, small restrooms, kinda dated, but that’s ok. It was inexpensive, clean, and the owner is right at the front desk taking care of business!!!

The people were friendly and the residence was clean

Neat property. A sort of "blast from the past". The building was probably built in the lste 50's/early 60's, but has been well maintained. The room was clean and spacious. Even has the obligtory pool for cooling off children in the warmer months. Plus, it' located right on the strip in Pigeon Forge. If your goal of trip is to hit all of the activities in Pigeon Forge/Gatilinburg, this is a excellent, inexpensive place to stay.

Other than the mold/ mildew in the shower, the room was ok. Mattress was comfortable. The WiFi was the best I’ve used on any previous trip so that was a plus.

Room ok for price, a bit outdated but goid for a night or two stay. Cleanliness a small issue but again you get what you pay for.

Nice hotel given the price. And it is easy to cancel

It was a basic and simple room, two comfortable beds, good air conditioner, friendly staff and clean. It is pretty dated and could use a good sprucing up, but the location and staff made this a good stay.

Nice hotel pool needed cleaned a little it was hard to get a hold of office staff

Nice motel, very clean, really liked the shower, had a ref, microwave, hair dryer, and two chairs. The owners were very nice. I would come back when in town. Thank you Allie and Sandra from Virginia

Close to Dollywood and Old Mill Restaurant. But the barhroom ceiling was rusty. Room needed a few updates. The pool was in the middle of the parking lot which was weird. No breakfast was provided which is one thing I was hoping for.

We drove 6 hours to get to our hotel and find out our rooms had been given to someone else. The owner just stated that it was my problem not his.

We spent a night there during our visit to Smoky Mountain. It is a very old establishment. Common spaces of the hotel is very very dirty and rooms are barely tolerable.

The staff is very friendly and the room was exceptionally clean.

First of all there was small little ants all around the sink when I pulled the sheets down the sheet was wrinkled and stained I had them replace the sheets but I guess you get what you pay for
