Bathroom was nasty had hairs everywhere. Mold on the ceiling. Pictures are deceiving

much older property. definitely could use updating

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean.

Loved the heated pool and water slide

Liked the location First room was full of roaches and sheets looks horrible like they haven’t been washed….. Had to be switched 2nd room had what looked to be feces on the walls….. Just not a pleasant experience at all !!

I liked nothing! Tiny room, smelled like an old mildewed rag. Shower went from scalding to cold constantly. Commode ran constantly. Exterior was filthy, cigarette butts and trash everywhere! No furniture in room, very worn and tired! Carpets dirty!!

Let’s start by saying that the pictures online are not what you get. When we arrived I thought the outside was very nice, but he rooms were nasty! If our room had been “cleaned” you could have fooled us. The linens were gross, the bathrooms were dirty, hair all in floor, on bathtub, toilet, and sink. Thankfully we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room or I would have asked for a refund and went elsewhere. Just take my advice and don’t stay here, keep looking! I spoke to other people who were leaving at the same time as we were and they all shared similar stories of the lack of cleanliness in this place. Lesson learned!

Slide was super fun. Rooms need maintenance and some updating.

Our room smelled like cat urine, didn’t seem very clean & the pool was cloudy & didn’t seem clean. Also both ice machines were broken but the lady up front lied and said one was not broken but it just takes a while to make ice. I tried getting ice several times during our stay and it never worked.

Our room was nonsmoking but people were allowed to smoke right outside on the balcony. There are cigarette butts all over the grounds and parking lot. Our room shower kept leaking and had stains in the tub. Tile around the toilet were cracked. For 1 night, it was ok. Front desk staff was very friendly, but will not be back.

The hotel in sad need of repairs. Who ever did the painting of the rooms did a horrible job. The sink and toilet were very low and I am a short person. The door on the sink cabinet was falling off. The sheet rock had large holes above the baseboard in the bathroom. Hair in the shower that was not ours. The worst part was the door it stuck so badly I had to hit it with my shoulder to get it to open. Looks good from the outside though.

Close to Dollywood but that was only thing I liked. They scheduled repaving of parking lot during spring break? Who does that? I was charged early check in fee of $25 and was given a room that I could not easily access due to repaving! They switched my room but failed to properly input into their system; this caused my new room to appear available and they assigned it to another customer!! My room keys were disabled because they double booked my room and I learned that customer entered my room, saw my things and reported error to front desk. The repaving caused huge inconvenience with parking! Will not stay there again.
