The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for fall/Halloween. We were greeted with a smile and the desk clerk was very friendly. Quick check in. Our room was on the 5th floor. It was a double queen room. Very spacious and clean. Nice walk in shower. My only complaint is I wish there was a table on the other sides of the beds for plugging up a phone and to set things down on. There is only a night stand in between the two beds. The breakfast had lots of options (but no bacon or sausage). The lady looking out for the breakfast was very polite and made sure things were kept full. The hotel isn’t right on the strip, but is close enough to walk to a few places and drivable to every thing else close by. It was very nice and we would stay here again.

Didn't use the pool. Liked the balcony very much, but would have liked a deadbolt lock on the door to the balcony, as room next door had easy access to our outside door. No on disturbed us, but they could have easily.

Outside door blinds were difficult to close - couldn’t get them to close completely. Called front desk and was told to ‘try and hang something over the door’. Used a blanket found in the wardrobe, it was very thin and didn’t really block out the light very well.

The rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable, but the bathroom was extremely small and barely enough room to dress or shut the door without standing close to the shower. The breakfast was disappointing. There was no meat and almost everything had to be microwaved. The location was convenient, but I would not choose to stay there again.

It was a very crowded holiday weekend, there were very few open hotel rooms, the park Grove inn was a good option. Affordable, convenient to entertainment, restaurants, Starbucks, groceries. The staff was very accommodating, the pool hours were conveniently longer than most allowing our children to expand some energy from sitting in the car and arriving after 10 when most hotel pools close. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate and well attended to. Everything was constantly being filled, tables cleaned, and trash removed. The attendant did a great job all the way through the official ending time at 10 o'clock.

Our room was dirty, moved us to another room it was still dirty. Front desk girl was wonderful in trying to help us but the manager was very rude. He told us we could leave, as several other guest did leave due to dirty rooms. Thanks to a few good employees we ended up staying. The manager and his wife dont seem to care about the appearance of the rooms anymore. After staying there for four years, the hotel has went down drastically in cleaning and caring about their clients.

We got there and there was a muaty smell in the hall way, like dampness. Get in our room and the shower was awful. They did send someone to clean it, and she did a great job. I wish the person who cleaned before our stay would have been as detailed. Lying in bed, notice what looked like mold on the ceiling above the bed. And my son woke up with bug bites!! Like I had high hopes, and was let down. People were nice, that was the best part.
