It felt like renting an apartment when we walked in! The comfy gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub, gorgeous kitchen! Absolutely worth every penny!

Stayed on 5th floor elevator took forever to make it up or down. Had a family with very very noisy kids yelling screaming shouting until 9 or 10 at night. The room was nice bathroom was clean shower was new. Very few channels on the tv though all sports channels mostly. Wife wasn't impressed with that but overall great stay. We would stay again and recommended to friends and family short walk to the strip to. It is down hill to the strip so walking back up you get really good exercise.

This is a time share property not a hotel. Picture on website is deceiving, view is a rock wall and chain link fence. No amenities as far as breakfast which I thought was included, parking is underground with only a couple of handicap spaces. Was told room was right next to elevator but had to squeeze down long narrow hall to find the room around another corner. Multiple elevators make it very confusing to find your room also. Went to 3 different areas before finding room. Parking also so tight, someone hit my bumper. Had to park on far side of lot as the 1 handicap spot was taken as well as the all the other spots near the elevator. They have great spots where handicap parking should be but those spots are reserved for time share owners. Would not recommend this place...below a one star rating. This was listed on Orbitz as a hotel, it is not, it is a time share and they told me if I would have booked through them my stay would have been Less than half of what I paid. Then they tried to sell me a time share. We had to leave Gatlinburg early due to a family death but stopping on the way home to pick up our son from his military base we stayed at a much nicer place.

The hotel is in nice condition. No housekeeping service. You take your towels and go down to parking garage to exchange for clean ones. It is a resort own by Exploria, so when you check in they want you to sign up for meetings to listen about Travel Clubs. It is in walking distance to town and has trolley stop put front of garage entrance. Really not much outdoor sitting areas to enjoy outside time. Will being a bag of ice to your room at no charge. Nice hotel. Indoor pool was to cold to use. Outdoor pool water was warmer than inside pool water. Has outside hot tub.

Nowhere did I see that this is considered a resort when booking, so imagine my surprise when they asked about attending a presentation after checking in. Not having experience with resorts we found it unusual that we were told there was no housekeeping for the weekend and that if we needed we would have to get extra towels ourselves. Also, I had requested a room with spa/jacuzzi for our anniversary but was not granted one, and the room we were assigned was by a parking place for a rather noisy hotel next door. Some view! When we needed coffee for a second day we had to go to the office(a block away) to get some. At that time I was told that when we checked out we were to take out the trash, wash the dishes and leave soiled towels on bathroom floor. Except for the towels we had never heard such a thing. Maybe we just don't understand what the rules are for a "resort" but if that's the case give us a regular hotel any day! Why would we want to pay to stay someplace where we basically pay to do the same chores we do at home? Not our idea of romantic getaway.

Room are adequate. Hard to maintain comfortable temperature in the bedrooms. Exterior of facility seems to be a little run down. Kitchens are not adequately stocked if you want to cook in your room.

Everything you wanted was you have to go here or go here. II was disappointed that I couldn't add a day on without going to yes another building from this time to this time.

It was great for a family vacation young and old.

Be prepared for the sales pitch, seminar = free tickets. The apartment was nice, we had a balcony with the mountain view. Hit the Walmart for groceries on your way. This is a long walk from the tourist strip, which is extremely busy, expect to pay for parking. Everything closes at 9pm. I suggest you bring some DVDs or games in case the cable/internet is out. There are two scenic routes into the mountains, very nice. The national park route will take up about 5 hours in your car, bring snacks and drinks.

Was told bed was a queen. It was much smaller than a queen and very uncomfortable. I needed towels, I called the front desk as was told that i needed to just wait until the next morning and come get them myself.

Great living room, hot tub, clean! Great stay! Would stay again!

My family was looking for an affordable place to stay for a two night getaway. We found it a Gatlinburg Town Square. The nightly rate was very reasonable. Our room had been recently renovated and was nice. The carpet was new, as well as furnishings. Even the sofa sleeper was comfortable! Also, we were within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Gatlinburg.

Injoyed the weekend! The room was wonderful ! Would recommend to anyone!

Older hotel as most are in Gatlinburg, but updated furniture. Fixtures and bathrooms were still outdated though. No fireplace in this unit. Jetted tub needed maintenance. Kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet, although not sure we had neighbors. Short walk to everything. Check-in is a pain due to the office being in another location up the street. Parking was jam packed and tight parking places. When it fills up you have to park off site at their other location.

We stayed here about three years ago, and I must say it has been cleaned nicely. The staff and all grounds people were very kind. Check-in was a breeze. The kids had a blast with both the in-door and outdoor pools. The garage parking with luggage carriers was wonderful, but only when checking in but to carry groceries!

Room was large, great location. Registration location not convenient, away from main entrance. No maid service, had to get our own towels.

Great location in the middle of town new furinture

Check-in location was different from address on website. Rooms were spacious and kitchen amenities were nice. Location was short 3 block walk to main strip, but centrally located on main road.

The room size was perfect for the 5 of us traveling together. We were traveling with two small children. The front desk staff was less than helpful when we asked to be moved out of a garden level room to prevent the children from opening the door onto a common patio with heavy traffic. The stay was pleasant and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. The kids loved he two pool options both indoor and outdoor.

Gatlinburg Towne Square is in an awesome location and it very close to shopping, dining and activities. The pools were nice but not extremely large, the rooms were great, and there were other activities such as ping pong and basketball to entertain kids. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Please accept my apology regarding the issues you had during your stay. The bed that you slept in was a Queen bed.
