If you don’t mind your privacy being invaded, this is the place for you. The first day when I returned to my room, it was evident someone had been inside…the lights were on, the front blind open, my food on the counter moved, my food in the fridge moved, and there was a knife in the kitchen sink (there are no utensils in the room and it was not mine). I reported this to the front desk and they moved me to the adjacent room. The next day I was told by the maintenance manager that the fridge and microwave had been replaced and a hinge fixed (none of which I had reported being an issue). He said he would investigate the key code entry and confirm with me that it was the maintenance staff in my room, but I have not heard from him. Then when I returned later in the day, I found a screw on the bathroom counter and black debris on the toilet and floor. I again reported this to the front desk and was informed they had repaired the shower faucet, Again, not an issue I reported. The front desk said they were escalating this to the property manager but I have not heard anything nor been told why I was provided 2 rooms which needed repairs, and as housekeeping was not provided or requested, why someone, at least twice, went into my rooms without my knowledge or consent. Unacceptable.
