Comfortable and Clean for over 20 people!

Overall, a great experience at Bear Lake! Would likely stay here again. We had over 20 people with us and felt comfortable with the space. Biggest pro with this house was access to Ideal Beach Resort where we spent most of our time. Wonderful lake views. House is well equipped with everything you would need. The barn door at bottom of the stairs helped to block out noise from kids playing. Kids loved the bunk room. They offered us an additional night at 50% off which was nice.A few things to improve: The grill was un-usable due to not properly being cleaned by past users (we had brought our own so wasn't an issue for us); the downstairs pull out couch was broken, the downstairs TV remote missing, and the hot tub needed maintenance during our stay, but they sent someone out promptly and were able to use it again so no big deal. It would be nice if they upgraded the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms (super low quality and after a day at the lake you want to feel more clean!) and included lotion in each bathroom. The check out instructions online vs. what is posted on the fridge do not match (to strip the beds or not to strip the beds?). Lastly, it would be nice if they included a small collection of kids toys to play with since we had littles. I did appreciate the high chair. The property management company was always quick to respond and the house was very clean and smelled nice upon arrival. Super cute that they included stuffed animals in the bunk room.

Great location

Overall great house! Needs a few tweaks. Too many spiders/earwigs, needs to be sprayed. Three beds with a lot of hair in the sheets. We had to wash them immediately and no internet service, never could get it to work.

Absolutely Awesome House

I would highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We had a large youth group and the house was plenty big for us and was fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owners was fantastic and Jake was always very prompt with his replies. The access to Ideal Beach was a hit and made our visit perfect. Thank you for being so accommodating Jake, we look forward to a future visit at your place.
