Such a fun trip! The cabins were everything we hoped! They were a perfect location right across the street from our parents' and other family members' campsites who stayed at the Blue Water Resort. So we were able to access the beach, and use their pool, park and grass for volleyball! We hiked the Limber Pine trail, did some race car driving in the rain, at Renegade Raceway, went to Bridgerland Adventure Park, rented a boat and jet skis and spent the day at the beach.
We also enjoyed the new specialty ice cream/custard store right by our cabins! There are 8 cabins in a horseshoe shape with a fire pit in the middle. It's for all the cabins to share, we used it two nights and no none else seemed to want it. They aren't huge but are nice, clean, and comfortable. I think the beds in cabin #8 might be softer than in #7, but #7 had 2 bunk beds (one was broken, so there were 3 twin beds.) The door in cabin 7 just needs some sandpaper to make it shut but it doesn't shut and doesn't lock. The bathroom had beautiful white towels, but only had 2 bath towels, 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel, which is a little weird considering all the people it's sleeps. We made due but we reused sandy/pool towels which wasn't ideal! It does have some kitchen items, but I recommend bringing any pots/pans you need (as they aren't nonstick and no spray is there, and they are small) bring also utensils, can opener, napkins, and dish soap. Overall very happy to know about this place and plan to come back!
