“Good Times and Tan Lines” Beachfront condo

Our condo is part of The Victorian, a popular resort style condominium property with several hundred privately owned condo units. The Victorian is located at 6300 Seawall Blvd, in Galveston. Our location is in the middle of everything Galveston has to offer.

Please take some time to read this section carefully before you book. You should agree to everything here in this section before booking. If not, please consider booking elsewhere. We really just don't want you to be disappointed or have to change your plans after booking.

Here's a quick breakdown of what's to follow in this section.

MANAGED CONDO PROPERTY
Please note that this condo is part of a managed condominium resort property, The Victorian. There is a $30 resort fee you will need to pay when you check in at the front lobby. The resort fee covers access to all the on-site amenities like the pools and hot tubs and comes with up to two parking passes. If you need more parking passes, it'll be another $30 for every two additional passes. If you stay 14 days or longer, the resort fee will be $60 per month also payable at the front desk.

GUEST RULES
You'll also need to sign and agree to guest rules that will be given to you when you check in at the front lobby. If you'd like a copy before checking in, just ask. We can send you a copy after you book. Please be aware that there are multiple privately-owned condo units at The Victorian. Some owners live in their condos full-time while others rent them out to guests like you. Please be courteous and respectful to owners and their guests alike. Our on-site security officers are available if they're needed.

SMOKING and ANIMALS
Two other very important things to note as well: we do not allow smoking in or near the condo (including the balcony) and we're not able to accommodate pets of any kind. Please consider booking elsewhere if you need to smoke or bring your pet/s. If you do smoke or bring a pet, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will be charged a minimum $250 fee.

SUPPLIES
We only provide starter packs of supplies. We always provide two rolls of toilet paper a roll of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and dish soap. There are plenty of stores nearby including a Walmart right next door, if you need additional supplies.

A PRIVATE HOME
Please understand that this is a private home. We try to keep it in perfect shape, but that's unrealistic. Some things might be missing or broken, you might encounter bugs/pests/rodents, the water might be shut off for maintenance in another unit, etc. These things are rare of course, but we don't want you to be surprised if they do happen. We can't give refunds if you encounter things like these. If you need something though, please just ask and we will do the best we can to accommodate as quickly as possible.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The Condo itself was immaculate and in great shape. It had everything I needed for a short stay. it was close to everything I needed, beach, Walmart, etc. The exterior is showing its age, coupled with the fact that it usually has some harsh conditions, makes it seem dirty, but it is not. I have stayed in many of these units at this same property and this unit is as good as it gets. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting me borrow it.

Great location

The location of this property is great. Easy parking and simple to navigate up to the rental. The unit is stocked with the basic ammenities and the property has a laundry room () located down the hall. We decided to stay here before we went off on our cruise. We were traveling with 2 adults and 2 teens in our party. The unit is on the smaller side meaning that once we brought our suitcases in, it minimized the walk space in the bedroom and the living room. We made it work. Having a kitchen and a full size refrigerator was a definite plus. We loved the attention to detail when it came to the interior design of the rental. The cutest coastal decor...the starfish robe hooks, octopus toilet paper holder, designer plates in the kitchen, and so much more!!!We recommend this property for any small group that is looking for relaxing stay in Galveston, TX.

This was our first stay in Galveston, and we had such a great time. Upon arrival, we checked in at the front desk with ease. The front office staff were kind and helpful in getting us to our condo. The condo itself is updated with cute beach theme. The condo was clean. The balcony was spacious. The beds were comfy. We were so close to the beach it was perfect and there are two pools on site if you want to take a break from the beach. Also, there are beach toys, sand resistant beach blanket and beach chairs for your use. I was so happy I didn't have to purchase those things for a one-time use. For our family, this condo was perfect.
