The primary floor of the condominium is crafted for your pleasure, featuring an open design that encompasses the main living room, kitchen, dining area, and a private balcony. The entire area is enhanced with new carpeting, and the inviting couch encourages you to unwind while enjoying the scenery through the sliding glass doors or gazing at the wood-burning fireplace, which is the perfect place to catch a game on the large flat-screen TV. The dining area includes a large table that comfortably seats all guests and provides easy access to the fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the main hallway bathroom. The unit was clean and nice. Gave the cabin feel for sure. Very spacious and everyone was comfortable. Quiet Up and serene. Will defiantly book again.
Only thing I would suggest is since cell service can be sketch, in your directions, I would let people know that the Courts are technically behind the Safeway up the hill and make a right at the stop sign. That will help your customers a lot better.

Pros: This condo is a nice size with room for the family to hang out together or spend some time apart. It was great having 3 bathrooms. I was pleased that the loft bedroom overlooking the living room had a sliding partition to close. The kitchen was well-stocked. The condo was in a good location with a nice clubhouse to go work out, visit the steam room, spa, etc. The condo had a few games and toys available, as well as a guitar (with only 5 strings) and sleds.Cons: Condo is listed as remodeled, but it must have been remodeled back in the 80s because it is very out-of-date and has a funky smell and stained carpet. The television in the living room has a permanent line through the middle of the screen. Condo was listed as having a gas fireplace, but upon arrival realized that the listing was incorrect as it has a wood-burning fireplace. We arrived on Christmas Eve, so I sent messages since a gas fireplace was one of the unit's selling points for me. Didn't hear back from them until several days later after I messaged again. They then tried to gaslight me by saying that it had never been listed as gas, but I had taken a screenshot of the listing proving myself correct. They did end up giving me a small refund for the incovenience, but I spent my lovely Colorado vacation with no fire as my husband did not want to mess with building a wood fire. Window shades were translucent and let in too much light in the bedrooms.

Nice Little Stay
Overall it was very clean. Location is great but neighborhood is old. The house is still a little outdated. Smells like an older 80's/early 90's property. Appliances could be newer, TV needs to be replaced. Not a bad place to stay for a couple nights.

Simple, but cute and wonderful view!
There is a spot on the carpet that needs to get addressed as we kept thinking we were tripping over something.
Nice stock of games, and a guitar. The tv needs to be replaced and internet isn't great.
