Great location.

Had a great time. Location is amazing. Just a few steps to the beach and pool. Unit is spacious and has a lovely view of a pond from both balconies.

Southern hair queen

Found this little place for an extra couple days! Beds were comfortable and it was clean! Loved the pool and that the beach was close. Screened in porch was also a plus! Will return and visit again! Maybe give easier to get to directions.

Must stay

If you are looking for a place to stay close to the beach and one that has plenty of room this is the place for you. You have everything you need when you get there just make yourself at home. If you have any issues you give them a call and they are taken care of right away. I would stay here again for sure.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed a few quiet days at the beach. Great location with an easy walk to the beach and Whales Tails. The pool was really nice and close to the place as well.

This unit is located near a rear gate. You are not allowed to enter this gate. You are required to drive around to the north entrance in bumper to bumper traffic. The you get the pleasure of meeting the wonder security staff. Be ready for a full on 3 degree each time you go in. Unless it is after 9pm then the gate is wide open. Unit has old furniture and is located upstairs, they forgot to mention that. Plus beach access is a good 3/4s of a mile. For the money just not worth it

Last minute get away

Great place, very spacious high ceilings, clean, short flat easy walk (without a lot of beach stuff) to the beach, almost directly across from the spacious pool area. Very quiet neighborhood near a lot of places. 100% would rent again.

Spring Break

This unit overlooks the peaceful lake and is a very short distance to the beautiful beach. The upstairs bedroom is very spacious and the bathroom is updated with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is also updated but lacking decent utensils and dishes. (only two bowls) A gate card for the scenic 98 entrance/exit would have been very beneficial. I love this location and Seascape, so will be returning!

Great Location Very Near Beach

View from the deck was over a small lake with a golf course on other side. Enjoyed the wildlife in the lake. (ducks and turtles) A lot of steps to get to the master bedroom and bath, but once there, very spacious and beautiful with it's own deck. Walk to the beach is only about 100 yards and the first thing on the beach is the WhalesTail restaurant that we enjoyed several times. Also a great place for early morning walks with little to no traffic within the compound. Master bedroom and bath are very spacious and comfortable.

Wonderful pet friendly home!

This was a very clean and comfortable home. It is a second story condo with 2 stories within the unit. We loved everything about the decor, location and view of the lake. The walk to the beach is so short with easy beach access. I and my fur babies will be back!

Great Stay!

Very clean property. And check in was so easy. Parking passes came with it. Also love that it’s pup friendly. Had an amazing bathroom. It was quiet. Located close to the beach, bit of a walk, we drove and parked across the street from the beach. It is located in the second floor. Definitely would stay here again. Fully loaded with everything you would need.

Seascape at Miramar Beach FL

Furnishings were worn. The small indoor/outdoor rug under the coffee table had pet pee stains all over it so we moved to the porch for the duration of our stay. Air ceiling vents were crusted in dirt and grime and the louvered doors adjacent to the kitchen were covered in dust. The check in email advised that our wrist bands and two parking passes would be on the bar. Only the wrist bands were there. We never got our parking passes. We walked in to the smoke detector chirping and after numerous calls and long waits to speak to the call center, we got the chirping stopped mid day three of our visit. The irritating noise could be heard throughout the condo and the box was too high to access without a ladder or we would have done it ourselves. Our beds had no blankets or spreads the entire week. We were told the supplier was having problems. The location was good and beach access was very close and convenient. Would not stay here again.

Relaxing

My family and I had a wonderful time. Our unit was right across from the beach access. It was very quiet. We enjoyed having a view of the lake. The employees were super friendly and helpful. We didn't realize that the property we stayed at was part of the Wyndham resort, so it was a little confusing to find where we were staying at first, but other than that it was amazing.

short and sweet stay

Initially, make sure you put the address of their office into your GPS to check-in and grab your amenity wrist bands. Then you’ll be ready to find the property. This apartment is on the 2nd level but has high ceilings and is overall beautiful. The downstairs bedroom has an attached bath (that is also shared with the main floor). As you walk in, the stairs lead you up to the extra-large master with an on-suite, with a toilet room, and the laundry (washer/dryer) closet. As for the walk to the beach, it is just down the private road and takes approximately 3-4 minutes. Additionally, the pool is right across from this property. Lastly, both floors have the lake view and balconies! This was a nice touch and there was also some entertainment of fishing and people passing by with the golf course within the property. Would highly recommend with a small family, and we especially loved it because we were allowed to have our dog.

Perfect location . Easy stroll to beach and great swimming pool. Nice linens and good amount of paper products. We will definitely stay here again. Only issue we had is inability to get a parking pass and pool wrist bands. But unit was exactly what we wanted! Thank you!

Great location filled with nice, dog loving folks

We had some difficulty finding our way in and out of the property and the unit was just a little untidy. You'll find the cobwebs up in the wall/ceiling corners and the floor was a little dirty. Other than that, everything was very nice and the location to places we wanted to go was good.
