First off limited parking, then no luggage cart because they only have one for the whole hotel. The balcony was covered in bugs, so we were unable to enjoy the view, the room was dirty. There was only two outlets in the room that were usable and we had to unplug the tv just to charge are phones. Every thing closed at 9pm and the free breakfast also a lie the restaurant was closed and we were offered no type of compensation for any of the issues after speaking to management except for sorry.

The room had literally hundred of bugs in the room. They explained it was that time of year and they don’t bite. Upon researching, those bugs do bite. They were everywhere...ceilings, floor, walls, and even on the bed. It was too disgusting to possibly consider staying there. We went to a different hotel

The pool area was nice. THey only supplied bath size towels, not a full size pool towel. The hotel told us upon check in that they were having a bug problem. When we arrived to our room which was loaded with bugs on the ceiling. Some of which had fallen on the bed. We called to change rooms and were told they were full. They told us someone would clean the room the next day and vacuum up the bugs. The next day when we returned to our room the room was not clean and the bugs were not vacuumed up. I called the front desk they came up to make the bed and give us clean towels but did not vacuum up the bugs. We were told no manager was on duty during the weekend. The rooms were not clean, bathroom had mold in shower, the front staff was not accommodating. So disappointing. Would had been a better experience had someone made an effort to make things better for us. Would not recommend this hotel.

Room wasn’t clean. Found a piece of stale pizza that my dog started to eat in the middle of the night. Besides that it wasn’t horrible.

Everything was great. The people next door had their door open and talked loudly until 1am. No fault of the hotel. Just incredibly rude people.

Loved our balcony and the view. We were disappointed that the ceiling was dirty and bathroom floor seemed dirty. We enjoyed our stay and would come back!

This hotel has incredible views, 2 top notch restaurants on site, and large spacious rooms. The lobby is also impressive. Staff was quick and extremely professional and courteous. Very clean. The most comfortable bed ever. We traveled with a cat, and it worked fine. First floor rooms are for people traveling with pets. I am mildly handicapped, so I was pleased with the large bathroom which enabled to bring a chair in to sit at the mirror. There is just 1 handicap rail, in the tub. Just one minor detail I would change: Lobby staff should enforce mask wearing. She kindly placed my Grab and Go breakfast bags on the check in counter. I was off to the left making my coffee at the nice coffee station. A guest walked in without a mask, he was shorter and began talking to her at the check in area; actually "talking" right into my breakfast bags!! This bothered me because of Covid risk. Because the rest of the facility and experience was totally immaculate.

Nothing it was ok Nothing great Nothing bad It served a purpose

Can’t say anything bad about this place, just shower head was tough to turn on, otherwise we are planning to stay again. 😁

Liked bei ng on water abd room smelled fresh. The grab n go break fast could have included juice or milk

The staff was so helpful and great. The IHOP and Fisherman's restaurant was so nice to walk to but the steak house was awful, would not go there!

Beautiful location and view of the river. The property is very old and run down. Needs lots of updates and is very dirty in room, outside, and the restaurant. Breakfast at the 3 Fishermen was not good, always out of food choices.

The view is good. The location was very convenient.

We were charged extra for water front view. All the rooms were waterfront view. None were garden view. The front desk staff was very courteous. Andrea took care of our need to change the room. Carpets could be a bit cleaner.

Great views! Would stay here again! Restaurant is nice too

Convenient location on the water but neigh is irjood may not be that great. Seems like locals appear to hang out there. Hotel clean enough and breakfast included @ IHOP was good. Pool fine. View was nice. Noisy area. Restaurant power washing in the morning& 1 morning desk called while i had the privacy sign out. All in all not bad.
