This stunning beachfront condo offers breathtaking panoramic gulf views from a rare double lanai, perfect for indoor/outdoor living where you can take in gulf views and breezes all day long. Walk out your door to the white sand of Fort Myers Beach, nestled beside Bowditch Nature Preserve with walking trails, beach and wildlife – and on the other side, right next to the award-winning Pink Shell Resort, with access to their three beachfront restaurants and fun beach bar.

Inside, you will find a beautifully upgraded coastal interior, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and high-end finishes throughout. Every detail of this complete coastal remodel has been thoroughly designed with luxury and comfort in mind-from the open concept layout to the stylish, modern furnishings. All linens, towels and beach towels will be provided.

The beachfront Master features direct access to the lanai and stunning beach views. Enjoy a king-sized bed with blackout curtains, a smart TV, and a private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a modern LED defogging mirror and lighting.

The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed with smart TV and Estero Bay views. This bedroom has easy access to the hallway bathroom with a modern LED defogging mirror and a tub/ shower combo, ideal for families with young children.

The beachfront living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests. It also has blackout curtains and a Smart TV to add to this coastal gathering place. The spacious double lanai is the perfect place to unwind, offering breathtaking sunset views with a dining table and chairs or a cozy dining experience with two comfortable swivel rocking chairs, ideal for sipping wine or enjoying a romantic beachfront dinner.

In-unit washer/dryer combo, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels, as well as a beach-toy "borrow bin" located on the ground floor. It also has has a drip coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, upgraded A/C and high-speed WiFi internet, which all adds to this ultimate retreat.

Beautiful views and very well maintained unit

This property was very well maintained and a great location on the Northern end of Fort Myers Beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this unit if we decide to travel back to FMB. We stayed in August, very much their off season but we absolutely loved the fact the beaches, stores and restaurants were not busy. The owner did a really good job of decorating, furnishing and providing everything we personally needed during our stay, would definitely recommend. Also, king bed was VERY comfy, was told the queen was also comfy from my in-laws. Only recommendation that I noticed during our stay, and by no means does this downgrade my rating would just suggest a ceiling fan for the porch area to get some air movement. Thank you so much for sharing your property with us!!

Great View!

I love to wake up every morning listening to the ocean. The condo is very nice and the view is incredible. My kids also enjoy the pool and we love that we have everything we needed to go to the beach ( chairs, shade, sand toys) you grab your cart and head to the beach with the kids. I loved this place
