Clean and across the street from the beach
This was a wonderful vacation property for several reasons:
Pros
• Communication with the owner, Gary, was great. The keyless entry was seamless and Gary was always available via text/email.
• Beach was literally across the street. We walked with our 3 and 4 year olds and it took us not even 5 minutes. The owner left several items for the beach which came in handy including a beach umbrella, tons of sand toys, beach chairs (both adult and smaller ones), and a cart to haul everything in.
• Property was super clean. Air conditioning worked perfectly at all times. Washer and dryer worked perfectly and there were tide pods/dryer sheets, which was really nice!
• House was well stocked with cooking spray, spices, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, detergent, dish washer soap, and even a vacuume, which we used. We also purchased a few items for the house and left them for future guests!
• Pool area was wonderful! Tons of beach/pool towels, and the pool was very warm. We liked the bathroom downstairs-it saved our kids trips from going back upstairs. We also liked that there was a mini-fridge and bar sink in the bar/pool area.
Overall we loved our stay and highly recommend this property. Gary was great to deal with and we couldn't have been happier!
