Great Location
We had a great stay at this property. The views were incredible, it was away from the craziness of Times Square area, and we had plenty of space to spread out as a big group (6 adults, 4 kids). The beach was literally the property's backyard, which was amazing with little kids. It would be nice if the house was a little more stocked with basics like spices, olive oil, etc. But just be prepared to buy Everything at the grocery that you may need. When traveling with small children, it was great to put the cribs in the walk-in closets; however, bring an extension cord for monitors because there are no outlets in them! There are tons of beach/sand toys so you don't need to bring any of that. Pool noodles and toys are also provided. We rented beach chairs and brought a sun shade. There are some provided, but they are pretty basic/rough. We had some trouble regulating the temperature of the hot tub. It was either super hot or colder than the pool. The outdoor shower had a super weak stream, so it was hard to wash off the sand. A hose would be nice. Additionally, true pavers from the pool gate to the sand would be good. The rocks were painful to walk on. Overall-we would come back! It was great for a big group, especially.
