113 Gulfview Avenue - Gorgeous Home with Pool, a Short Walk to the Beach!
113 Gulfview Avenue is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home located near the middle of Estero Island (Fort Myers Beach). Three of the four bedrooms have king beds, including the primary bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. This allows a max occupancy of 10 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
The front of the home features a spacious screened porch while the back of the home has an open air private pool and outdoor shower.
This home is located on a small quiet street, just across from the beach! Within a short walk is Publix grocery where there are also restaurants and a marina. Enjoy fish, bird and boat watching all day long! This lovely island getaway is the perfect place to make memorable moments on a vacation getaway to Fort Myers Beach.
