We found out after arrival that there was a major renovation underway at the hotel. Rooms were clean, existing, I assume pre-renovation, restroom was very hard to maneuver in. Some staff were quite responsive, some others didn't seem to care.

We went here pre our cruise, the staff is very friendly. The hotel was under renovation but was ok..however cleanness was not the best..the bathroom was dirty more so the shower..if we were to be there for a longer period, we would have requested a change in room. As we were there for a few hours post our cruise and really only used the toilet and sink. Breakfast was good, shuttle was $8 per person and the staff for shuttle was also very nice.

Staff was nice, hotel is under renovations, rooms are old, bed was comfortable. Took the shuttle to the airport to later find out they charge 15 per person and we are a family of six when an uber charges less than 30 dollars

Had no idea they are doing a full renovation of this property. They put us on the 5th floor where they are doing full renovations. There might be 3 rooms on this floor available to sleep in and they gave us one of those rooms. 30+ workers in the halls cutting, hammering and making all kinds of noise staring at 7:30AM. Would have never booked this had I known

After we got off the plane we called hyatt place for the shuttle. We were taken to a different hyatt place. When attempting to check in we learned that we were not at the correct hyatt. The front desk person laughed and said “ Oh this happens all the time.” Their shuttle could not take us to the other hyatt place which was almost 10 miles away so we had to pay an Uber driver. It was clear that the front desk staff did not care that we were at the wrong location. There are many other hotels to choose from and the message from Hyatt was clear. We will not return to the Hyatt.

it was terrible experience. i reserved 2 queen bed as i was travelling with 2 kids and my old parents. the front office told me that they cancelled my reservation even though i did not receive any communication. they said Expedia card was declined . They gave me 1 King bed for 5 guests. my parents and kids suffered.
