Love the quiet area. Location to the beach.
The property is located on a very bad looking part of the broadwalk, it was really noisy, I had to call the front desk a couple of times. Employees were unfriendly.
Place was nice and people were friendly . Only down was that the AC wasn’t too cold and there was only one exit out the hotel . Being an ocean front you would think there would be an exit towards the beach or even the side . Other than that nice and quite place overall
The staff were so friendly, and super helpful. It was a very safe hotel and very clean.
Was not aware it was more of a time share than an actual hotel. Was not interesred in sitting through a sales pitch for something i was not going to purchase.
The paint was peeling on the tub,the hair dryer didn't work.People at front desk had a horrible attitude.The security man was very helpful and nice to talk to
I had accident on thus propety and nobody come to talk to me from office so i ask for maneger but he never face me..

Nice location, the building is a good condition, has all the basics, the pool was closed during our stay which was disappointing.

The cons 1st...check in was at 3pm...we got there at 230..most hotels will let you in the room a little early..we were told the room wasn't ready we could leave our luggage and take a walk...we came back an hour later 330/345 and was told the room was still being serviced that it would be about 15min...15min went by and was told another 15min and that happened a couple more times...we didn't get in till about 530....Other Guests were having the same troubles....even at checkout the people checking in were having the same issues so it seems like an ongoing problem...the 2nd thing I didn't like is right after the check-in a guy at a podium tries to lure you into some type of meeting with the promise of a breakfast or lunch and a gift card for $150 to sell you vacation/timeshare type properties that i was told was huge money...NO thanks...I told him I'd get back to him and never did.....He did not hound us at all the rest of our vaca...3rd thing is no room service at all...if you want room service you have to book it and pay $50 so we just took our laundry to the facilities on site and did our own for $5.... Now for the pro's....the place seemed really clean and the pool area was nice...the Jacuzzi tub (part of the pool) was roped off and couldn't use it all week...we got a suite that had an awesome view of the ocean and a full kitchen with normal sized appliances..stove/microwave/refrigerator/dishwasher/blender and everything else you would need like dishes..glasses..
I loved everything. It was perfect from the workers, to the hotel to the views. Everything was amazing
