This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property has been recently refurbished to give a family a wonderful break in the countryside. There is a large field for kids and dogs to play and the property itself sits on a 50-acre estate so you can roam in the woods and enjoy the fresh air.
Relax in front of the fire or gather around the dinner table for a family meal. The house has lots of space for the family to be together and yet have their own space.
When you have enjoyed the house, venture out into the incredible beauty of The Catskills!

We loved it!

Matt’s place was comfortable and private. We loved the fireplace, well stocked kitchen, and comfy beds. It was easy to communicate with Matt and to get into the house. Matt’s guide had great hiking recommendations. Also great for dogs!

Great forrest getaway

House was very well-stocked, owner communication was excellent, beds are very comfortable. Lots of outdoor space and privacy. Bring slippers (all hardwood floors throughout), and do careful tick checks after walking through the woods.
