A decent place , food is not that good though, salad @ the buffet was not fresh.
My only issue was the key cards. Never could get them to open the back door on L3 bldg. Someone would always come along lucky for us. One of them also would not open the room door. Had to go to front desk for one that worked. I still could not get it to work on the back door.
Could here traffic quite loudly on road side Comfy beds Delicious breakfast
This is the second time I’ve stopped at this hotel while driving cross-country and would absolutely do so again! The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and cozy.
Excellent hotel and location!! Closed to Grand Canyon and Sedona
The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and large walk in showers. The indoor pool looked very inviting but we didn't have time to try it out. Everyone at the front desk was very frien3and helped us with our questions about the area around there, we are not from AZ. Plenty of places to eat ...
It was a fine place to stay in Flagstaff, I checked in late and left early.
Newly renovated and clean. all amenities are good.
I liked that there was an indoor spa and jacuzzi. More breakfast options and flavored creamer would be nice.
