Apx. 2,100 SF, super-clean, furnished, elegant & comfortable, 1 large main floor bed & full bath plus entire new upper floor addition/gorgeous master suite (another full bath & fireplace) with balcony overlooking Silver Lake. Lake access is just up street at Thornton Silver Lake Park. Main floor living room has fireplace & large TV with large outside deck facing lake plus cozy fully-equipped (brand-new appliances) kitchen & laundry/office, charming front & backyard landscaping w/covered arbor) & fully fenced, 3 other TV's w/basic cable & most streaming channels. Small dog ok. Covered, private fully-fenced backyard/patio area with outdoor gas fireplace, covered barbecue area, & backyard sauna. Downstairs basement workshop & man cave w/TV & fireplace.
