Staff were pleasant and helpful. Quiet, clean and spacious room with complimentary bottled water, robes, and mugs. Love the bright eclectic themes and decor. They even make the elevators a fun experience. Staypineapple is now my favorite hotel as it just made me feel happy my entire stay.

The room was clean, the A/C worked great, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was smaller than we expected and there’s no hot tub, but the kids absolutely loved it. The American breakfast plates were generously portioned—three were enough to feed our whole family (4 kids and 2 adults), which was a nice bonus. The decor was cute and the overall vibe of the place was warm and welcoming.

The smoke detector went off from showering, we called the front desk to let them know and they said it’s a known and common problem. They told us to fan it and open the window and they would turn it off on their end, they didn’t. We had to listen to the alarm going off for a large part of our morning and they didn’t seem to care or be concerned. Frustrating to say the least.
