Needs some TLC

Place was just okay. Not enough towels especially when it can sleep 9 people. No wash cloths. Couch was stained all over. Cobwebs and spiders in the house. Windows not cleaned for sometime. Owner did promptly take care of a backed up sink drain. Electric Gate needs to be lubricated. Makes a horrible racket. Owner mentioned other party living next door but there is a huge shop and some other guys showed up. Didn’t expect that. Kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Doesn’t swivel anymore. Place needs some TLC.

Perfect fit

We were working on the area and the house was perfect for us. Nice private setting, plenty of parking, and a hot tub. What’s not to like.
