Where to begin…no one was at the desk when I arrived, then was asked to “wait a little bit” during the check in process so the attendant could let the elevator repair guy in and then show him what the problem was. The 1st room I was assigned to was in a auxiliary building that had no security (outside doors open and room key not needed to get into building). Room door had a considerable gap around it and I found a wad of dirty/used tissues on the bed when I pulled back the sheets. When I called the front desk to inform them of this I was promptly offered a 2nd room in which none of the lights worked and we had to unplug and replug in, them along with a power strip that the tv was plugged into, to get them to finally work & then when I pulled back the bed sheets they had stains on them. Again, I brought this to the attention of the staff and was offered a 3rd room. The attendant showed us to a room to inspect it prior to moving rooms again and this room didn’t have any obvious cleanliness issues so here we are. Overal the cleanliness of this hotel leaves much room for improvement and if I hadn’t booked last minute with a no refund cancellation I’d be writing this review from a different hotel.
We are traveling across America on I70, this property is just off the interstate so it was a good location for us.
There was nothing at all unique other than dirty conditions. The property was surrounded by shipping yards. I didnt even have a room in the main building, but the building "out back". My car was the only one parked in back. There were men passing by it over and over until I finally moved it to a safer place. VERY SCARY INDEED.
It was clean and well cared for and near a lot of places to eat.
Price was good, staff was friendly, room was pretty rundown, free breakfast was continental, with limited food

The staff were super friendly, but the facilities are in horrible condition. Dirty/food smudged walls. Crumbling Plaster around door frame. Cut out hole in ceiling that had no cover. Fitness room shut down. Advertised extensive continental breakfast, but half the food was gone by 630 am. Worst part was that our room had no working electricity except for 1 light. Not even the phone worked to call the front desk. Once we contacted them, he quickly gave us another room. Ironically the 2nd room we rented had 2 lights that didn't work either. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff was great. I guess you get what you pay for.
After driving for 8 hrs, I did not have a tv remote. Taylor brought me one which did not work.this is in addition to ap 50% discount which I have already complained about and did not get.
We had a horrible experience waking up to the manager breaking into our room with bolt cutters yelling we weren’t supposed to be there and that we had to get out keep in mind I made reservations and checked in the night before and received room keys we stepped out to talk to the manager that was yelling with our 6 month old baby couldn’t get back in the room because our keys wouldn’t work baby was crying wanting his bottle that was in the room and the house keeper stated she would have to speak with John and I told her no we needed our stuff and she finally let us in and I called orbitz thank god for them they were the only ones that would help and called and contacted John while I was on the phone got it straightened out and then John told them to tell me to come to the office to get keys which when we got to the office they were setting on the desk and he wouldn’t come speak to us until we hit the button over and over and he finally showed up didn’t apologize or anything just said they got it straightened out. So just to save everyone from the hassle their are plenty of other nice hotels in the area I recommend going to one of the other places and also the main doors to get into the building are not locked they don’t even have a lock on those doors they are unlocked 24/7.
Clean room and easy to get to. Had a bit of trouble with the TV ,but front desk resolved the problem in no time.

The lobby and lady behind the check in desk was great. However, they sent us to their second building where none of the outside doors have any form of lock. Anyone can just walk into the building at any time. Our room was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable and our air conditioner did not work at all so our room was very hot.
