Unfortunately two of the phone chargers did not function at all, though it appeared that one did, so we woke to a phone that was close to dead, & we needed to leave soon. Also, the shower didn’t drain & water pooled in the tub throughout. I sent a message with concerns, & there was no response.
We typically don’t complain; we understand things happen, but to pay $200 & receive no response whatsoever isn’t professional or alright. We won’t be returning.
