The location of the hotel is great. A lot of places around it. Or room however smelled like cigarette smoke and the bed was leaning to one side (like something was broken) They did just come under new ownership (what we were told) maybe/hopefully the new owners will fix these things we have mentioned.

Great place. I hesitate to give it a 5 star rating, because everyone will want to stay there and drive up the prices! :-)

Clean room, great breakfast

They are remodeling. Wish staff would have given us towels for the pools upon arrival. She asked if we were swimming. Instead I later had to walk all the way back to the front desk and this is a very big facility and we were not very close to the front desk. Room was clean, room phone did not work and remotes for TV was not charged. Liked having direct pool access. One of the slide stairs has a rough sandy texture to help grip and not slip. However may be a little too sharp on some areas. Daughters leg got scratched open and bled. Restaurant inside was good. We were given an old menu that didn’t have one of the items we wanted to order. Overall very enjoyable and our kids had a blast.
