there were no towels in the room and they didn't offer to provide any and also there were parties going on in room next to ours which was very loud also there was a telephone in room however not connected to anything the cord was just hanging there would not recommend this hotel
The room was not clean AT ALL! There was dirty linen outside the door of our room. We checked in late, pulled out the sofa bed and there were crumbs and hair on dirty sheets. There was an extra mattress that had been stuffed inside the closet. We needed the roll in shower for my mom, but had to request that it be cleaned because there was hair and toilet paper in the drain. Footprints/shoe prints were all over the bathroom floor and there was no shower curtain, complementary soap or even washcloths and towels. You could tell the floor hadn't been swept or even a vacuum being used. There was a dishwasher full of dishes and dirty dishes inside the sink.
Find a better hotel yw. Bottom of barrel motel and everyone is unprofessional

The carpet had cigarette burns, tears and looked dirty. There were ants in the bathroom. The rooms had a nice layout, so this place has potential, but I would wait for them to renovate before I would stay here again.
The suites were large and comfortable. The check in assistent placed me in a ground floor unit.
Room was stocked with coffee but coffee pot, blow dryer did not work, ironing board but no iron. Carpet was stick and left a residue on our socks. Hot tub was out if order. Breakfast served lacked milk for the offered cereal or a toaster for the various breads/English muffins. The same bread was put out for the next 2 days. Juice was available the first morning but was never restocked. Staff reaction was ambivalent because they had no means to rectify it.
Maybe 1 in 3 lights in the room worked. Stair rail came off when lightly touched. Smell of smoke in the room. Hotel mb out of additional pillows and blankets though there werent enough for every bed in the suite. Dont stay here
Where do I begin... the room was dingy. Dirty carpet with cigarette burns, dead and live bugs all over, spiders. At first we let it go thinking we're here only 1 night and it is a first floor unit - so bound to have some spiders, etc. Went to out to dinner and came back to relax and found TV wasn't working. Called the front desk and they said they have to reset the circuit even though we told them it seems to be the TV since the brand name flashes on and disappears and it's a black screen. They insisted it's the circuit- they came into the room twice in hour and half and couldn't find the circuit. We showed the guy the troubleshooting we did and he finally agreed it's the TV that's dead. It was almost midnight and we opted not to move to another room or wait to get another TV. The guy said they'll accommodate us the next morning with some kind of comp or credit. The next morning went to make coffee as the coffee bags and cups were sitting there, but found there's no coffee maker! When checking out, we told the front desk about everything. He said he has it in the notes and that the manager will call us the next day. Never got a callback. Called them a couple of days later, they said manager not in. Called again next day, greeted by a young lady with a "Hawthorn" no can I help you or hello. She put me on hold for 20 min and hung up. I called back- it rang and rang no answer. This is not what I would expect from Hawthorn/Wyndham brand. Take your money somewhere else

My room was discussing very bad condition the maintenance has to come multiple time to fixe the things in room I will never go there
rooms dirty, place not safe, poor area. had to leave as we felt bugs were everywhere
hotel has security but party was so big (20 people) group wouldn't listen to them. yelling language out of control situation. Actually had concerns for our safety. Will never return.
Microwave did not work. No cups in the room for coffee in the morning. Clocks not set to the right time. Could hear every footstep of people above us on 2nd floor.
My stay was only for the day, but Hawthorne Suites had everything i needed for my quick stay, nice job.
