CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Located on the shores of the Emerald Coast, SunDestin Beach Resort sits right in the heart of Destin and is close to many attractions. There’s many on-site amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, outdoor tub, a fitness center, a restaurant, meeting space, The Sea Store, and more. Seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar,, and beach chair and umbrella rentals. Plus, the Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24 hour front desk.

SunDestin 1805 is a top-floor one-bedroom, one and half bath condo. Upon entry, you’ll pass the large master bedroom with a king bed and one and half bathrooms. Every space in the condo is updated and brings the colors of the Gulf of Mexico indoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals and is upgraded with stainless appliances and granite counters. There’s seating for three at the breakfast bar and a high top table with seating for two. The living room seating takes advantage of the gorgeous outdoor views and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Get a DVD in the lobby to enjoy after a day exploring the Destin area- they’re included in your stay. Through the sliding glass door is the balcony with seating  to enjoy sunsets and the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. There’s a queen size sofa bed in the living room, so the condo sleeps four guests comfortably. As an added bonus, the condo has a stackable washer and dryer, an amenity that’s not found in many SunDestin condos. This coastal one-bedroom rental will easily become your home away from home.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Less than five miles from SunDestin Beach Resort you'll find multiple golf courses, restaurants, and attractions. Spend a day off the sand at HarborWalk Village or Destin Commons- they’re both four miles from the resort.
