Wonderful

We were unaware it was a shared stay with other guest it didn’t tell us that on VRBO and it also said parties and events allowed which was why we booked with you all. Besides that it was a really nice place to stay that was the only thing that messed with our stay.

Cute stay
Perfect place to stay for a few days and enjoying Denver before heading to Colorado Springs.
Great place to stay for two people for a long weekend! Walkable to nice restaurants and shopping. Very quaint backyard patio with nice areas to sit and cozy indoor seating areas. Didn’t always find parking outside the BnB but there was always something available within a couple minutes walking. Would definitely recommend!

Walk Everywhere
Great location. Enjoyed the coffee and snacks provided in the common area. Communication was spot on. Able to walk to downtown and cool-vibe surrounding areas. Neighborhood restaurants were awesome with a local vibe.
We stayed in a very small room (#9). There is no chair or table or sink area for sundries. (Pics were honest). Fine for us, but a heads up.

Nice inexpensive spot close to Rino, Curtis Park, and Five Points
Quite nice for the price, everything else in the neighborhood was hundreds more per night. Walking distance to a lot of great stuff. The building is beautiful, room was no-frills, but nice and clean. I'd absolutely stay again.

A wonderful experience
This is really a nice place. A lovely atmosphere and nice perks like free beer and wine on the weekends.
Loved this place for a quick trip to Denver. Pros: awesome lobby and hang out area upstairs with fire places/coffee etc, great location - we were able to walk everywhere, also the garage luggage storage was amazing for a late flight on the last day!! Cons: the shower flooded due to slow drainage every time we used it, couldn’t get the Tv and the Fridge/Freezer to work properly during our stay, and lastly lots of construction was going on next store during our stay which was pretty noisy during the day). Again though, the pros outweighed the cons, just a few things encountered during our stay that could have taken it to 5 stars if fixed.

Very happy
As a mid-20s dude, I’m not somebody who typically seeks out boutique hotels or expects to be impressed by them, but this was a surprise. Our room was plenty nice, but what I really enjoyed were the common spaces. Both upstairs and downstairs common spaces had fireplaces, and it was a very productive place for my girlfriend to work remotely. There was also a stocked keurig coffee machine, water bottles, and a small refrigerator stocked with craft beers/seltzer for the guests to enjoy on the weekends. These small touches made this stay feel much more intimate than a typical hotel.

JUST RIGHT FOR THE PRICE
Clean, and just right for the price. Great location. Appreciated weekend happy hour offerings. Covid has messed up any food service. Thank you for a great stay.
A couple of things to note:
-Need a chair in the room or 2nd luggage rack
-Daily update of bath linens (wash clothes anyway)
-Ran out of body soap; would have like access to ice
-Need more information about use of television; noticed different previous guests were still registered on Netflix; YouTube and Amazon Prime.
- A little difficult getting to entrance; climbing hills and steps from street parking; and parking is difficult like all of Denver.

Great as always! But could've done a few things better
This was our third time staying here and as always, we loved it! We continue to love the cozy space, free beer/wine, and delicious pastry breakfast. However, they were out of instant film cameras, which has always been one of our favorite parts of this location. It's advertised as a main selling point for this place, so we were really disappointed that we couldn't document our adventures in Denver this time. In fact, we got engaged at the property! I had wanted to take pictures of my proposal with the instant camera but I couldn't! It wasn't a huge dealbreaker, but something that I wish the management would have paid attention to. Other things like giving us a garage code but not explaining anything else about the garage were somewhat confusing. In addition, we are disappointed that the price keeps increasing dramatically every time we stay here.
Overall, we loved our time here (as we always do) and we'll keep coming back. But the price continuing to go up, and the lack of attention to details that are in the listing description (ie the instant cameras), were a little disheartening.
Thanks!

Exactly where we wanted to stay
They property was perfect. We wanted to stay in RiNo and we couldnt have been happier. It is within walking distance of breweries, restaurants and Food Halls. Also close enough to downtown that Lyft rides arent wild. Check-in was easy and prompt with the site emailing me details. The room and bathroom was clean and the AC worked well. I had read several reviews of thin walls and while I think there were a few instances I heard someone else, it was never an inconvenience.

Aesthetically Beautiful but LOUD
There are certainly major pros to staying at the Curtis Park Club and the first is definitely location. I can't say anything about walkability because it was so cold when we were there, but everything we wanted to do was a quick uber or drive away. The room is easily accessible off a beautiful yard and located right next to the inn's common areas with complimentary coffee, tea, wine and beer. The common spaces in particular were really beautiful. I would love to come back in the summer to use the deck space. Unfortunately, there were also some issues with this room. First, it's a good sized room (the bathroom is GIGANTIC), especially for the price, but the furniture was a little strange. Super narrow tables and the hanging rod in the wardrobe was too high for me to use. Second, this room was loud. The thin walls of an old house and we could hear everything. This room is surrounded by a guest room above and to the left and the common areas are on the right. The stairs that lead to the second floor guest room and common areas is directly on the other side of the wall from the bed so you can hear other guests walking and bumping their suitcases up and down it. They also started snow removal insanely early and it was so loud we couldn't sleep. The off street parking is extremely limited and so even though we paid to park our rental car by the carriage house, we got blocked in by another guest. I though the on street parking looked pretty limited when we got there, but other reviews say otherwise. Finally, the bed was not comfortable. Scratchy sheets and an uncomfortable mattress. I think if they continue to be successful here, the bed could use an upgrade.
Generally I would say, don't shy away from the Curtis Park Club! A great value for the location, there are just a couple small issues to prepare you for your stay.
