** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.
Snowline Cabin #34 - Great English Tudor-Style Family Vacation Home With a Private Hot Tub and WiFi!
This 3-story, 2+ bedroom, English Tudor-style home is very tastefully decorated. The exterior includes a large 2-tier deck with an outdoor gas grill and a private hot tub. The 1st floor lower area bedroom/game room features a queen-sized futon and a ping pong table. The main floor interior floor plan features a combination laundry/mud room and 3/4-bath, a cozy living room with a freestanding gas fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen/dining area including a dishwasher, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a built-in gas fireplace, and one full bath en-suite. The 2nd-floor loft/living area features a queen-sized futon, a DVD-VCR/monitor, a walk-out balcony, one bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed, and a 3/4-bath en-suite. This family vacation property will sleep up to 8 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Beautiful cabin up near Baker, it was clean and lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub and pin pong table. Mostly loved the master with the gas fireplace and listening to the creek. It isn't the biggest house, probably best for less than 6.

Overall a nice place but has more potential . It does need some maintenance/attention. The hot tub not fully working. The house was extremely hot, it needs fans and circulation. The basement was smelly and carpet was removed. Also, there is a community pool but could not use, which was weird.

Nice house in a gated community.
The house was nice for our family who enjoyed exploring Mount Baker. Quiet evenings spent playing cards and ping pong. Cell phone reception was non-existent which was actually nice. There are a lot of rules which you will find in a gated community. Neighbors take these rules serious so you will be watched. Overall nice stay.

Good place but only 2 bedrooms
We had 3 couples in our party and were disappointed to find only 2 real bedrooms. Those two were great, but the third couple was forced on a futon. I would stay here again with a smaller group, but not advise anyone with more than 4 adults to stay here

The layout of the house was very nice. It was comfortable, clean and reasonably well-appointed. The heat is a little frustrating as there is a wall heater in each room. In one bedroom it is a gas fireplace so when it turns on in the night a fire starts - which kept waking me. The pots/pans could use an upgrade - no big pot and non-stick pans were scratched. Overall I'd rent again.
