They charged me again after i had already paid through orbitz. I had no choice but to pay again. My key card quit working so i had to go get that fixed. It was clean, and staff was nice. I just didn't like that i was charged again after i showed them my receipt. They should have called orbitz and gotten it fixed

We do want to state that you were not charged twice and that we require a credit card at check in from every guest, for incidentals. That doesn't mean we charge your card. It's just authorized for incidentals. If you check your statement, you'll see it was never charged by us. Hopefully this helps clarify things :)
