NCA Cheer Trip

The room was nice. The water pressure was horrible. I am sure it’s because of the hurricane damage! Overall we enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to see how things change once all the repairs are done.

Nice and quiet

I’m satisfied overall with our stay and experience with this company. The only disappointing aspect is, yes, it was explained that the pool/patio area was closed due to hurricane damages and was still waiting for repairs (understandable) but it wasn’t made clear that if you were in a ground level unit, you wouldn’t have access to your back porch area. I will use this company again.

Not all was awful but was surprising

We got to the hotel and upon check in the night manager had no information for us at that time. I contacted the resort management team and they answered my questions quickly, which was great!! We get to the room and the place was clean, another plus!! However, upon opening the back door to the patio we had trouble with the door as the top lock was barely hanging in the hole and dropped out onto the floor, no biggie. What we were not prepared for was the orange safety fence on the bottom of the patio gate followed by fence above completely covering the the rest from the safety fence all the way up to the top of the patio entrance to the pool. Our view was awful as the pool was closed down(we were told that it may be for resurfacing) but having to look at the ocean view through the fencing made us feel like rats in a cage. This could have been relayed to us but was somehow forgotten in a mention? Some of the neighboring patios were guests who let us in on a little tidbit of information about the "resurfacing"also. The resurfacing has been going on for about 2 YEARS!!! The photos on the site should have been updated to reflect what was really going on and the state of the view from the patio. All restaurants and bars in the resort were closed and have been til further notice. Only doors that were open were the lobby. I would like to suggest that the resort update the photos to reflect the state of the place beforehand. Honesty goes a long way!!!

Perfect spot. Close to everything we needed. Room was very clean. Had an issue with the toilet continuing to run and they came and fixed it right away. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Don't Plan On Using Sofa-bed

Stayed at this resort before. With the property's location, you don't need to drive anywhere. Ground floor, pool/oceanside units are wonderful. With this particular unit, don't plan on using the pullout couch. I know they areen't known for comfort, but this one's mattress is nearly unusable. The door to patio and sheers are filthy. The rest of the unit was spotless, and king sized bed was comfy. With all of that being said, I would stay again, IF we didn't need the pullout. I enjoy this resorts amenities, beachfront and surrounding businesses.

Perfect Beach Front and Pool side place to stay we will definitely be renting this place again .

Perfect resort to stay especially with kids the many pools an indoor pool an hot tubs bar at the pool area perfect view from our room of one of the pools an the beach . The room is clean bed very comfortable. We’ll be back ..

As soon as we walked in my husband told me I had out done myself. He was blown away with the convenience and location of out room. The room was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and had everything we needed. We could walk to every thing we could think of: grocery, several restaurants, drug store, souvenir stores. Absolute perfection.

A short stay

My friends and I ( three people total) spent one night at the property. Positives- Location of unit was PERFECT. It truly was amazing. I had a need to call the host 2 times. They answered the phone immediately and addressed my questions . Thank you! The unit was well stocked. There were plenty of towels, sheets, etc. King bed in bedroom was very comfortable.. Negatives: Mattress in fold out sofa was not too lumpy. It does need replaced. Front desk people seemed friendly except for the one young lady who checked me in. She was very unfriendly and rude. . First, she told me she did not have my reservation. Then after eventually finding it, she told me to come back at 3:00 (note: it was 2:45). I had to call my host who explained to her that my unit was ready and it was permitted for me to enter. There were a few other exchanges during the check-in where her personality was very sour. I was relieved to have only the one interaction with her. Overall, it was a nice place, and I will return to the same unit. Salty Dog host was top notch.
