Located a mere five minutes from White Rock Lake and the Dallas Arboretum, our neighborhood offers ample opportunities for leisure and recreation. Additionally, State Fair Park is conveniently situated within a fifteen-minute drive, and access to the highway facilitates a straightforward commute to downtown Dallas.
Our Property is 5 mins hop on the I-30 highway, you'll have quick and easy access to a range of local attractions and destinations. It’s a one straight shot to Six Flags Over Texas, the Texas Rangers ballpark, and the Dallas Cowboys Stadium. For cultural enthusiasts, it'll be just a short drive from the JFK Museum and the Perot Museum

Getting Around:
Located near White Rock Lake and I-30, it’s easy to reach anywhere in the city — downtown in 15, Arboretum in 5, and airports in under 30.

Other Things to Note:
The outdoor mini golf course is private and only for guest use. Fire pit + grill tools are provided.
