Close to restaurants, easy freeway access. No maid service, and no notice of this at check-in. However, there are tiny cards in room asking for staff tips….for what? I never had contact with any staff except the lady who checked me in. Tipping culture is out of hand.

Although the room was nice, I did not receive good customer service from the Front Desk representative when I checked in or brought it to their attention that none of the machines in the Fitness Center worked. However, I was able to speak with the Manager and Housekeeping Supervisor when I checked out, and they listened and apologized for the poor service, which turned around my opinion of the hotel.
