Communication was very good and thorough, and house was clean and inviting. The reasoning for the loss of 1 star is the fact the house isn’t accommodating for little children, as they tend to gravitate towards the steps that are very steep to play on. Overall I would gladly stay again!

The stay did not happen, it was cancelled by the host about a week before it was scheduled. The house may be perfectly fine, but no one stayed there. The host is now asking for a review, and VRBO is bugging me for one. So here is a non-review of a stay that never happened. Kevin has never told me why it was cancelled or if the refund was completed.

We had a great stay at the property! The rooms were spacious and had well functioning air conditioning. Amenities like the laundry machines and games were a nice touch. We had some difficulty opening the lockbox even when the correct code was input. Also, the kitchen seemed to really have the bare minimum, there could have been some additional items to ensure that cleaning up was possible from our end. Overall, great experience, thank you kevin!

Some buddies and I stayed here for our annual visit to Columbus for Sonic Temple (Rock on the Range) and golfing. More than ample room for six guys. Was a short Uber ride to the stadium. Kevin was great with communication.
