There was a lot of communication before our check-in, which is good. However, when i was receiving text/email from several different sources it makes it more confusing to remember the details or which ones i need to pay attention too and which one are just more advertisements.

We had our whole bridal party stay with us, guys downstairs and girls upstairs and it worked really well. We appreciated the magic treehouse books as we all read them as kids.

Wonderful view and centrally located

The home would be great for a family reunion. Plenty of room. Although there was just two of us we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and inviting. The view from the front window was spectacular.

The house was very clean and presented as shown in pictures. All of the kitchen appliances worked well and there are lots of cupboards and counter space. Downstairs is very spacious and great for groups or larger families. Food and beverages however are not allowed downstairs. If you are traveling with young ones, be sure to bring a gate as the stairs which are located in the main room are open. The house does back up to a busy street and the noise may be troublesome. We were there in the winter so we did not take advantage if the nice yard or open any windows. The house was very quiet and with temps in the low teens, stayed nice and cozy. Our dogs loved the terraced yard and with artificial turf, they did not bring in muddy paws even with the melting snow. My only con is the bedrooms. All mattressess have a plastic covering that crackles at night when you move in your sleep. As shown in the pictures, the master bedroom doesn't have any nightstands or dresser. The bed has cubby holes in the headboard and drawers under the mattress, but all are hard to get to. No place to set a suitcase other than the floor. None of the rooms have bedside lamps (see pictures), so if you like to read at night without disturbing your partner ... Still, we recommend this house and would stay again.

Clean & Nice but...

Property was in a nice neighborhood and very clean. Had issues with A/C because directions for unit were incorrect and we ended up with no A/C for over 24 hours and zero compensation like 1 free night we requested. The back yard butts up against a very busy thoroughfare so windows can't be open if you want to sleep. Otherwise it was a decent stay.

Nice house. Plenty of room for a large family.

The home is spacious and comfortable. We had some problems with bedding not being clean and with the neighbors being confrontational and aggressive. The rental company did attempt to make this right.
