Great pool, everything else just 'ok'
I will start by saying the pool was great and the open layout of the house was appreciated. House was generally clean, but don't look under the couches and beds (it was gross!). House was updated and well furnished, but also well worn and everything (furniture, appliances, utensils, bedding) was cheap/low budget. Biggest issue we had was the hot tub was not working, and one of our mornings playing with our kids in the pool was interrupted by a repair crew. While this may have been intended to get the hot tub functioning during our stay, that didn't happen as it took a full day to get up to temp, which by that point was our last evening, and would have made more sense to schedule between renters. Things break, I get it, but it was not communicated to us prior to our stay. To top it all off, there wasn't a comfortable seat anywhere to be found, with the deck chairs MAYBE being an exception. The couches were particularly bad.
