I booked for a friend. She had a cat and wanted ro be close to downtown without the expence. But, I was so embarrassed. This place is a dump! The halls were dirty and smelled bad. The room smelled even worse. I do not have one possitive thing to say about this place.

If you are looking for a clean place to stay close to Downtown Cleveland, choose this hotel. Everyone is super friendly and the housekeepers really go out of their way to accommodate you and any requests you may have (we wanted extras pillows and towels). There is a free breakfast and the wifi worked great. We were very comfortable here and will stay again when in Cleveland.

This is a great hotel in an awesome location. Our room was very clean and quiet. The hotel is located less than a 10 minute drive to Downtown Cleveland. The staff made me feel very welcome, especially Robert at the Front Desk. There are many restaurants and even the lake in walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel!

I really liked this cute hotel in the heart of Lakewood, just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland where I was attending an event. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. There was a continental breakfast buffet which was great. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!
