From the moment we walked in there was Great customer service, and answered all my questions with a smile honestly starting with the young lady who checked me in.. on 9/20. I stayed three nights.. Safe area.. I slept pretty good. Very quite.. I seen Elizabeth the next morning who also greeted me with a smile and hello. She was very attentive to my needs. Yea rooms are painted blue but it s kinda relaxing in a weird way.. It seems that the hotel is making improvements.. I will stay again ...
This hotel was terrible the staff were disrespectful and they kicked me out and I didn't get refunded after they told me the problem was resolved
What a dive! I would not recommend. The room was dirty the bathroom was tiny and small. It was not a good place but we were too exhausted to go anywhere else. Customer service took over an hour for check in and was not prepared for internet transactions.
This hotel is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by gorgeous homes, restaurants, shopping and even a beach! I liked the atmosphere as it was really laid back and we slept very well. It was quiet and we weren't disturbed even once throughout our three day stay. Housekeeping came by when we asked and left us alone when we asked. Between them and the Front Desk, the staff definitely deserve a five star rating. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know!
I have been hopping around multiple hotels in last 2 weeks on business travel. this property is a total value for money and has a very helpful staff. It;s located in a good neighborhood, barely a few miles from downtown, very clean and ample parking. I am definitely gonna be staying here during all my business visits to Cleveland, OH.
I am so unhappy with this stay at Days Inn. We brought my boyfriend's nephew to Cleveland because he needed to see a specialist for his heart condition and issues with his liver so we stayed here since it was close to Cleveland Clinic. We were appauled at how dirty this place was. We asked to move rooms 3 different times and each room was disgusting. There was hair in the bathrooms, showers and toilets weren't clean. The window in one room was broken and letting bugs in the room (plus there were dead bugs all over the window sill). The first room had cigarette burn holes all over the comforter (it was a non-smoking room). These conditions were not okay for this poor boy who was already immune compromised and in need of care. Sadly disappointed.
The pictures on line are deceiving. The room we had had not been updated maybe ever. Baby blue paint slopped everywhere. Gold drapes . Holes in carpet over a creaking floor I thought I would fall through. No carpet in hallways made it very noisy at night. Had a non-smoking room, but heavy smoke smell everywhere else. Checked out breakfast but just couldn't eat there. Nasty, nasty.
hotel room was absolutely horrible. I took pictures of everything that was broken, in disrepair, tarnished, torn, stained, corroded and filthy.
The motel was convenient, but needs many improvements: Provide luggage racks. Provide freezer in fridge. Provide wastebasket in bathroom. Provide towel racks in bathroom Provide shelf space in bathroom for toothbrush, comb, etc. Provide stopper in bathroom sink. Provide HDTV. Provide volume control for TV.
One of the things I like to do when I get to a hotel room is take a hot relaxing shower but there was no shower curtain in the room!!
