Me traslade hacia el Hostel Zazil con mi familia y no me dieron el alojo que habia reservado desde el día 11 de diciembre del 2019, que al parecer se canceló pero nunca me avisaron, ni por correo ni por teléfono, tuve que buscar otra opción con mi familia ya que éramos 2 familias.
