The home was even nicer than the pictures and all of the little touches were just the cherry on top! The playground was a huge hit with our kids and there was ample space for everyone to relax and unwind! My only caution to anyone looking to book with elderly or disabled folks would be that it is a very steep driveway and there is a full flight of stairs to get to the main level of the home, which was difficult for my 90 yr old grandmother, but not an issue for the rest of the group. Jennifer was also excellent at communication and responses were almost instant! I would absolutely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Jennifer is the best hostess, very communicative and helpful. The pictures on the website don’t do the house justice. It is beautiful and immaculately clean. We will be going back!

This property was perfect for us. The location was great, easy access to the downtown area, the zoo and the aquarium and even a trip to Rock City was easy. It was great having two master suites and the grandkids loved the puzzles and magna tiles and the outside play set. The living room fit all 7 of us and having the openness of the kitchen living and dining was awesome. Definitely recommend.

11 out of 10!! Our stay was magical. The entire home was charming and cozy. We had lots of room and were supplied with so many extras that made meals in easy. Jennifer even left us a jar of local cookies that were beyond yummy. Strongly recommended to anyone who visits Chattanooga, whether you need the space (or not). We didn’t bring kiddos, but it’s well stocked for them too.

This property is thoughtfully organized for the entire family. The advertisement accurately represents what is offered. The property is also very conveniently located to anything you might want to do in the Chattanooga area. We appreciated how many considerations were given for little ones. The property was situated perfectly for the needs of our multigenerational group. We appreciated how clean and comfortable the home was. In no time, it felt like home. The only recommendation that I have, noticing that the property had so many thoughtful accommodations for small children, is changing the internally facing lever door handle, on the door accessing the stairwell, to a doorknob. That recommendation certainly is not as elegant, but provides an extra layer of comfort for parents with tiny ones like us.

Loved our stay in Chattanooga! This house was a really nice retreat for families. It was stocked with everything you would need and we felt like we were at our own house. The owners put thought into making it friendly for kids with the bunk room, books, toys, and play kitchen! We enjoyed the backyard and playset! The house was well decorated and clean and the living spaces were great for a weekend where we didn't leave the rental much! The owner was responsive to our questions, which is always appreciated. Thank you for a great weekend!

We had a wonderful time here! The house was so clean, comfortable and inviting. My 3 year old loved the toys and books provided and she was so entertained in the evenings after our outings. We would definitely look to stay here again if we go back to the area!

Great Stay!

We loved staying at this property! The communication with the host was incredible and she accommodated an early check in for us , which we appreciate so much ! The cookies left for us were delicious. Our toddler loved the play kitchen and toys available . It’s close to some delicious restaurants and to the aquarium .Highly recommend!

Wonderful Chattanooga Retreat

The property was awesome for our 3 adult couples and 2 1/2 year old toddler. The property was well appointed and very neat and tidy. The whole place was comfortable with lots of nice comfy furniture and ceiling fans. The play structure and inside kitchen toys were appreciated by the toddler. Everyone raved about the place. It was very close (but not walkable) to everything we wanted. Anyone with mobility issues should be aware that you must climb steps to enter the home, the king bed is raised pretty high, and the back yard is steep. The host was wonderful with great communication. We'd definitely stay there again.

Jennifer was a wonderful host before and throughout our trip. She gave us wonderful insight into how to maximize our stay in Chattanooga. We had a 60 year age span among our guests and Jennifer's accommodations were perfect for three couples, a toddler, and a baby. She's put so much thought into the house to make it very comfortable for families - particularly those travelling with children. We will plan to stay with her again when we return to Chattanooga.

Absolutely Lovely

Wow! I don’t know where to start other than saying every aspect of this stay was wonderful. The communication was great and informative. Easy access to the home. SO very clean, tidy, and well-stocked. Even kid items: crib, reading areas, playroom, bunks, high chairs, etc. We had four kids, ages 2-5, and they absolutely had a blast and got to be together in the bunk room. A sweet welcome sign and cookies when we got there. The beds were so comfortable. Checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall a lovely and relaxing stay. Everyone loved this house!

Cutest house! Perfect for families!

This house was perfect for our family spring break exploring Chattanooga! We have two kids and infant and it fit our needs perfectly. It’s plenty big for 3 families. My kids loved the bunk room and playset. Jennifer was very commutative and had cookies waiting for us upon arrival! Great host and house. We will be back!

Good location near downtown

I wanted to visit Chattanooga with my family to experience Lookout Mountain and all that downtown has to offer. I was pleased to find out how close we actually were to everything. Great after a long day with the kids. The place was tastefully furnished and everything was clean. Streaming platforms on the tv's had guest accounts logged in so we could relax and watch movies at night. We felt right at home. There are two separate driveways so if you have a lower profile vehicle you're going to want to park in the left driveway. All in all...Great stay.

Family weekend

We visited Chattanooga for my granddaughter’s baptism, so had 6 adults, a 7year old and a16 month old. The house was perfect for us. As everyone else has noted, Jennifer was a terrific host, and the house is beautifully furnished with much attention to detail, including things for the kids and comfy beds for all. It is true that there are lots of stairs inside, but the set-up of the house is great as are the nighttime views. We would definitely stay there again.

One of the most well appointed properties in which we have stayed. Toiletries, games, toys, kitchen essentials and more!Clean, clean, clean! Beautifully decorated. Perfect space for keeping the family of all ages (6-81) in one open space interacting together. Close to a great culinary and cocktail scene and daytime family activities.

Great little gem!

We had a wonderful time on our girls getaway to Chattanooga and a huge part of that was because of this great home! Jennifer has made it warm and inviting. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the comfortable upper deck, which was a treat. The kitchen is well stocked and they even included a cooler bag, with already cold ice packs and a picnic blanket in case you want to take a picnic to nearby Coolidge Park, which is on the river and a fun spot to watch the sunset or just hang out. Jennifer was a great host! Very communicative and even had a little bag of delicious cookies for us on our arrival! She included a list of some fun things to do near the house which is how we found out about Coolidge Park and a carousel there which we enjoyed reliving our childhoods as we rode. ☺️ In addition to being close to the Park, another plus about the location is there is a Publix a half of a mile away from the house. If we are in Chattanooga again, we will definitely stay here.

Great Location with Everything You Could Need

We loved getting to stay at Jennifer’s place! The location was extremely convenient to many great restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown attractions. They also had so many wonderful accessories to use if you have a young child from toys, crib, sit me up, high chair etc. We had a wonderful time and would stay again if ever in the area!

Amazing family getaway!

Y’all this house is perfect for your family getaway! It’s close enough to all the activities you want to do but still has that cozy “tucked away” feeling! They have all the kid accessories you need. Toys, crib, pack n play”. Jennifer, the host, was great and gave wonderful suggestions on things to do with the kids in the evenings.We will definitely be back! Hopefully soon!

Birthday Celebration!

Spent the weekend celebrating my dads bday with my family and my sisters. It was a great location and a great stay for all ages especially with kiddos. Super family friendly! Jennifer made her house feel like a home for us.
