Excellent staff, clean rooms, and many restaurant close by.

I'm relocating to the Charlotte area and I needed to stay locally for a few days. I really enjoyed the Garden Inn. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wholeheartedly endorse this hotel.

clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet needs work: no spoons, glasses

The lobby seemed very nice and clean, and so did the room. However when I waiting on the bed I noticed a little bug crawling along the comforter. No big deal, I squished it and went about my night. However after I turned out the light I still couldn't sleep. So I tuned it back on and there was another bug on my pillow. It was jumping, almost like a flee. Be sure to note these were NOT bed bugs but it was something else. I called the front desk immediately and they did move me to another room. Very quickly which was ok, b the mattress was also much better in this new room but there were a bunch of dead nats all around the windowsill.

The suite with the king size bed was very nice, new flat screen tv, mini fridge, big room, and the Jacuzzi was a wonderful way to wind down. Would highly recommend this nice hotel, a good value too.

The hotel was fine, however, the swimming pool was durty - so we did not use it at all.

Great convenient location. Clean room. Nice staff. Expected continental breakfast to be included in room rate for price.

Perfect location for my needs...not far from downtown Charlotte at all. Very nice clean room and good breakfast.

We were very disatisfied on the room. It smelled very musty. Our 6 month old daughter was even sneezing. When we asked to change rooms the clerk could not seem to understand what our problem was!!Overall cleanliness was poor.
