I had a great stay here. Friendly and easy checkin. The room was nice and clean. No complaints.
It looks good in general, staffs are good. But the room floor carpets with quite a few dirty stains.
The whirlpool tub in the room was dirty. we had to clean it ourselves before we could use it. The toilet was unstable and rocked back and forth when we would sit on it. We found caterpillars in the room. The pillows were too soft even when we doubled them up. It was like laying our heads straight on the mattress.
Room was old needs updates. Didn't feel clean to me.
Breakfast was tasty and staff was very helpful and friendly. Shower water temperature was usually only lukewarm and seemed to be controlled by hotel facilities management to conserve energy.
No service, same old price.
There were pubic hairs in the shower, ? mold on the ceilings, and brown chunks came out of the whirlpool jets. Was not expecting to pay for continental breakfast.

Extra fees stayed first time better room for cheaper room no fees was not added first second time extra fees and room had was not the sweep
Staff was friendly and the location was great. No hassle checking in or out. My only issue was that the whirlpool tub in my room was visibly unclean. When I asked front desk for cleaner I was told they weren’t allowed to give guests chemicals ( understandable) and was offered Lysol spray. I was never offered any compensation or another room or even for an employee to clean it. I had to point out surface cleaner they had in the lobby and clean it myself. Good thing I travel with disinfectant and cleaner. Please note that the front desk person was polite and apologetic but didn’t really offer a resolve. I should never have to clean behind a previous guest.
Well lit parking lot and friendly staff. Hot tub suite was huge.
