We added a day to the reservation at the property after making reservation. After arriving at property was told they didn’t have my reservation. When Orbitz called to get a refund, the hotel staff disputed them overbooking the property. No remorse for the inconvenience. There were MULTIPLE people having issues.

Up to expectations very clean and quiet, very welcoming

Property was great

1. Fake promise to say including breakfast, either the breakfast is not equal with the price. 2. Nobody clean the room, nobody help me to carry luggages. 3. Poor service at hotel , Hilton has not umbrales when their customer take their luggage in the raining outer.

In town for basketball tournament. Hotel is clean and staff was great. Property needed some more attention in some things but overall nice. Breakfast was good but not worth the additional price.

Perry, the front desk person who checked us in was so nice and welcoming. After a long day of travel for my family showing gup to the Hilton Garden in at 11:30pm at night he was such a great help and really made a great impression on us. We would definitely stay at Hilton Garden Inn and recommend it to others.

Staff was outstanding bartender was amazing! He was able to give us local things to do in Charleston as it was our first time. I really wanted to remember his name but bartender on duty on 3/7/21.

I was truly impressed by Maria who checked us in. She was friendly, pleasant and very helpful with our stay. She worked all three nights we were there. If we needed anything, she was apt to get it for us without delay. I was disappointed with the condition of the hotel. It appeared upon arrival that they must have been doing some renovations. It had not made to the third floor. Our room had rusty items. The toilet was loose and rocked when sitting on it. Had to lift up on the door to get the deadbolt to lock. The TV was dropping signal- I know that wasn’t their fault but added to frustration. HVAC unit had a weird smell when running. Lastly the parking lot shared the entrance with a Wendy’s that was in front of the hotel.

Fantastic staff, from shuttle driver, Nancy, to Carl at the front desk and everyone else! Room was clean and sanitized and we had a wonderful stay.

It was very clean. Breakfast, pizza and draft beer was all good. Friendly staff.

The room was spacious and there was a nice chair to sit in besides the one at the desk.

There was a fire in the hotel, plus my room was right next to the ice maker and utility room. I cold not sleep.

The staff was wonderful and the food was AMAZING!!
