Bathroom shower would not drain, toilet seat fell off sending my friend to the floor, roach in the bathroom, phone did not work, and multiple burns in the carpet in the shape of the iron.

Price was our main factor in choosing this motel. The staff was very friendly especially the maintenance man, James and his wife Terry. We had to call them several times during our stay. We had to request clean sheets the first night we arrived and then roach spray and a sink drain. I had the housekeeper vacuum a pile of debris from floor at the head of the beds but I did not see bedbugs. The carpet was dirty and I had housekeeping go over it well too. They had nice Bissell vacuums. The air in the room worked good. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Alot of the other guests were using marijuana so you could smell it all around the area where our room was.

Hotel room smelled of pot and staff could have cared less that the hotel was dirty and smelled.

the hotel is well located, but it is very dirty in the hallways and parking areas, the people smoke in the steps

Upon arrival we went into rooms and it was so bad they immediately refunded our stay, not at their liking but it was that bad. I wouldn't even sit down. Ceiling was falling in; repairman came in before we could get bags down. Rotorooter pulled in right behind us. Place should really close down!!!

This was an awful experience. We booked for 2 nights, but only stayed for 1. We found bed bugs in our room, and when we petitioned for a refund to be reimbursed for this disgusting inconvenience, they first declined our request and then after I called for THIRD time, they only refunded our second night and still refused to let me speak with management. I am highly disappointed and absolutely disgusted by the quality of the room and the customer service.

The hotel pool was green the rooms are run down and have bugs the staff is fine I guess but the roaches and bed bugs are the worst the condition of hotel is every rundown it should not cost as much as it dose

I was staying the night to pick my brother up from A school on the base in Goose Creek. The receptionist was very nice and the location was great. near a gas station and a couple restaurants. The only two issues I had was that the carpet was a little damp and very dirty(i used a towel to stand on and it was pretty gross when I was cleaning up) Also i was in a smoking room and the room had a smoke detector with no batteries. The lighting in the room wasn't great but for a quick overnight stay i was satisfied and I would stay again.

Was the only one I could get at the time and it was overpriced but it solved the issue of a stay

Not bad very far from market street. Some bad smell in hotel. Breakfast needs to be improvised.

I don't know if the rooms were expensive because it was back to school shopping time but this room was too expensive for it to be ordinary but I got the room just to sleep in so I wasn't expecting much.

It is perfect! It has a good wifi. You could have a good travel!

If you want a quiet, clean room in a good location, with friendly staff, you will find good value for money at the Quality Inn in North Charleston. No frills, no fuss.

Had trouble with the AC one night and the fridge the next night. Typical hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Requested nonsmoking room got a smoking room . Bed spread has burned holes in it. Room was stunk. Killed a bug in bath room anytime toilet my room or another sink gurgled. Room and hotel extremely out dated.

I called to find out how and when I could check in and when I had to approach the counter, the young woman took her sweet time to check me in. The bathroom in the room was dirty. The night crew seemed to have a better grasp of their job and their motel.

Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is very professional and polite. They go out of their way to make sure you're happy with the service. The only gripe I have is having to pay too much for a "motel type" facility/environment.

The lack of security of the hotel grounds, i.e. apparently possible homeless, vagrant or others engaged in illegal activities roamed the parking lots and hallways outside the rooms No security officers present on the hotel grounds. Cleaning service staff disregarded the notice of "Do not Disturb" sign that was clearly displayed on the outside of the room door. The hotel room safe was functionally defective. The swimming pool was extremely dirty. No refund for subsequent days booked, even after dissatisfaction of the room was expressed to the hotel manager on duty. The breakfast was only average; years ago "Choice Hotels" had provided much better breakfasts. The price was over $229. for only 3 days of lower class accommodations. I rate this hotel at 1 to 2 stars only.

The Quality Inn was nothing spectacular, but for us as a last minute trip, we were pleased to find a hotel with vacancy on a holiday weekend. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel is clean, but dated.

Entered The Room And Immediately Hit With Smell Of Smoke, Luckily I Had Some Lysol And A Room Deodorizer.
