I just like my room smell so bad air condition have a very bad smell the room was not clean😖

It was a horrible stay! It was Dirty and there were bugs all over the place and my lock didn’t work. It smelled horrible. The worst 95$ I spent. This place needs to get shut down!

I stayed only one night and broke out in hives. Not impressed with the cleanliness. Also, the police were conducting a search when I arrived.

When i first checked in, the first room assigned had a broken lamp and roaches. I thought I booked a non smoking room but i was given a smoking room. There were random men standing outside of the room and when it was brought the the attention of the front desk, her response was security will get here whenever he feels like it. She changed our room to the other side of the building. The second room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, the blankets and chair were full of cigarette burns. The walls had various holes and the shower had rust stains. If it was not for the fact that i was only in town for a funeral and on a tight budget, i would not have stayed here. I don't plan to ever return.

Property was relatively clean. Continental breakfast was ok.

Mold on the walls, ceiling, fridge. Dead roach on floor. Dirty toilet seat.

This hotel was in a shady area. Did not feel safe. Many people loitering around parking lot and hotel. Room was dirty upon checkin, needed several repairs to walls. Room smelled of marijuana. Checked out immediately.

Too many to list but out NON smoking room had cig burn holes in the comforter, a plastic bag tied over the smoke detector, a phone number written on the mirror, black hair all over the bathroom and counters, stains on the sheets and mattress cover (some which obviously was blood), the desk leg was broken, the microwave was on the broken desk instead of on the mount on the extremely dirty fridge, the lock in the room door was broken and so much more and management would not do anything!

I booked non smoking room, but they told me it came im as smoking. Also they couldn't and didnt change it, so i get stuck and I'm not a smoker. The bathroom needs remodeling or so.

The nonsmoking room smelt of old smoke and was musky smelling. The cover on the bed wasn’t much thicker then the sheet. They should tell you that there is a possibly you will be over charged 20$ as well and then credited back later, that’s complete nonsense!

Was a nice hotel, but room floors needed to be cleaned. My feet got dirty just walking around the room. Also, there was a coffee pot in the room, which I loved, but then found out that they are no longer having coffee made in the guest rooms, so I could receive no coffee to fit in the coffee pot. I like to stay in my room for a little while and wake up with my own coffee. So boo to that change!

The customer service was great during check in and when we seen the staff of the hotel were very friendly. The room needed a better cleaning job there was a comb and room card under the bed from previous guests, a bug was killed on the ceiling an left, bathroom had mold on soap dish and rails on bathtub, there was a dirty washcloth on back of bathroom door and dirty hand towel, the comforters and sheets on both beds had burn holes. I had to mop the floors myself before we could take our shoes off. The reason I would recommend this hotel is the staff and close to everything.

catering to work crews brings in problems. Loud and late.

My room was prepaid two weeks before arrival. Upon arrival I waited at least 15 minutes to even be acknowledged while the clerk was talking to two other customers. Finally, she looked up my reservation and told me she didn't have any rooms. I found one of the other customers was having the same issue. While waiting and trying to get the clerk to contact her manager - the clerk talked to about 6 people that were having the issue of their reservations not being honored, I never get the clerk, who had no idea what to do (definitely not trained well, but she was pleasant) to call her manager. However, I did convince her to call another hotel, but I had to go through Orbitz to get the prepaid reservation transferred. (That was a whole ordeal, too). Note - Orbitz did not show that the hotel had "canceled" my reservation and given the room to someone else.

We were charge $90 before we ever set foot in the hotel. When we arrive, Chloris was pleasant enough but I was charged another $90 and $80 respectively. We went to our room which on appearances was nice. I put the luggage on the bed and turned the AC on, it screamed and squealed relentlessly. My wife called me into the bathroom and, “Oh my goodness!”... the place was infested with cockroaches. We rushed to get out of there. We didn’t travel all the way to South Carolina to be charged to bring cockroaches home with us.

The night staff woman did not look up at me at all. The room smelled like dirt so I brewed coffee I my room to take away the smell. When I went to drink it there was no sugar for it. The bed was very creaky and the pillows were so big and fat I could not use them. I had to sleep on my arm and woke up with a sore neck that lasted for days. I did learn that I need to bring air freshener, pillows and sweetener when I book the economy rooms.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.
