Great location, friendly staff, with nicely remodeled clean room. The beds are very comfortable. The free breakfast was good.

Staff and serves are great, and clean place. Only AC is a little load.

Room was comfortable and clean. No noise problems. Breakfast had good hours and a variety of choices.

Unfortunately, the television was not working properly. The front desk staff person said they were having trouble with it and were waiting for a technician.

Nice staff. Uncrowded pool and exercise room. Family oriented.

Stayed here because Vegas and Mesquite were both sold out. Clean and reasonably safe, but the tv channels are all blurry and beds are less comfortable than I'm used to.

The staff couldn't have been nicer. The depot restaurant was terrific and the fact that we could walk to it was great. Would stay there again

We stay here most years for our visit to the wonderful Utah Shakespere Festival. Convenient location, average plus accommodations.

Hotel was under construction. We stayed in new part upstairs, elevator wasn't there yet, stairs were rough.Room was quiet, found hair in shower and perfume on bed sheets. We werent wearing any. The only pool open was across the street. Breakfast was great as were the bkfst staff. The front desk staff Ty was very informative and helpful. Wifi was not working well in the new building either.

Hotel staff very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Good location, hot tub is a blessing after a long day of hiking and good restaurants around. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Clean, comfortable,,quiet, and pleasant. We've been there before and will return again.

The Best Western Town and Country is great!!! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice location, updated room, great rates, and really nice staff! Thanks for an awesome stay!!!

Very clean room. Comfy beds. Easy access on and off the highway. Plenty of restaurants to choose from close to hotel.

We were pleasantly greeted by the receptionist as soon as we walked in and she went over our reservation with us. After checking the room, which was great, we did ask for a room further back in the hotel and on the second floor. They happily accommodated our request and the second room proved to be just as nice as the first. We had a king suite, which gave us plenty of room and a separate sleeping area from the seating area. Since we stayed there three nights, it proved to work beautifully for us. The room was very clean and the towels were actually big enough to towel off with. That's always a plus in my book. The breakfast selection in the morning was quite good too. The staff there were very nice too and it did get quite busy. The location proved to be good as well. While it was a little noisy right on the main street, that also made it very easy to walk to stores and restaurants. We had a very good experience!

Hotel was beautiful. The room was clean a d very nice. The only complaint I have is there was no elevator. Most travelers have luggage to cart around. But the hotel was wonderful and priced just right.

We stayed overnight and everything was fine. Breakfast was very good and the dining area in the north section was very comfortable. We had stayed at this motel a month before and found it to be a comfortable and friendly place so when we were back in Cedar City we chose to stay there again. This will probably be our go to place when in Cedar City.

We were on our way to California and wanted to stay in Cedar City to see a play. The hotel was situated right near the center of town. It was a perfect location, although a little awkward, at times, since it straddled both sides of the street. Our room was very clean, very comfortable and very lovely. Our only concern was the difficulty we had finding a place to park when we came back after the play.

Nice clean rooms but no elevator. If you have issues with stairs then you need to specify a ground floor room. This is something not noted in there description !

staff great...rooms ok...no person at desk when wi-fi was not working...no newspaper until late in morning. breakfast just ok. not a best western fan.
