Paradise

House was beautiful inside. The amenities provided by owner were spectacular. There were bikes, beach chairs, cooler and beach towels which made a day at the beach easy. I enjoyed the premium kayak I used daily to kayak the canal. Overall the rental was superior.

This house was a great vacation for my family of 6. It was in a location where we could get to many different places easily and the kids loved the pool. Everything was super clean!

Clean, New, and Nice Pool

Enjoyed our stay the place is clean and new, enjoyed the pool and screened in porch area. Nice location, comfortable beds. Only suggestion would be to have a few more basic pantry items (salt but no pepper, and not much else) so would have to buy a bit to really cook there. We enjoyed eating out and having coffee/eggs in the morning.Would highly recommend as is a clean and open concept relaxing stay!

Quick winter getaway to Cape Coral

The house is lovely and in a good location. We spent a few days there visiting parts of the Everglades, Cape Coral, Sarasota, and Fort Meyers. It has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Get away

The house was nice. Loved having our own pool. House was clean and check out was quick and easy. Check in was easy as well. It was a nice home away from home. Clean and very well stocked. We would stay here again.

Awesome stay

We had an amazing stay at this house and will absolutely be coming back! The house is fully stocked with whatever you could want or need, I’m a great location and absolutely beautiful! There was still some items that needed finishing, I.e door framing from the repairs after the storm but we were very happy with the house and spent 7 wonderful days at it! You won’t be disappointed!!

I had grandkids for 3 days so great pool and accommodations for them

Title for above question - I’d stay here again Overall everything worked well. Previous complained about sticky sliding doors. Well please we r not helpless. Stopped and got Can of Double D 40 and doors still need good track cleaning but werw working perfectly for our purposes

Disappointing

We were very disappointed in this property. When we arrived at the house we spent 2-3 hrs cleaning. The light fixtures were filthy, the bathrooms were not cleaned well, and it was just generally dirty. The pictures of the pool and lanai are really deceiving. The pool deck is really dirty, the screen for the lanai is in terrible shape. During our stay one section of the lanai was blown out by the wind. Someone from the maintenance crew came by and basically just tore off the remaining portion of the screen. There were several other holes in all of the screens. We rarely used the pool because the temperature was kept so low and it was just too cool to be in. This isn't something that we could change so that was a big disappointment. The furniture on the back deck (table and chairs) is just so dirty and old - we would have liked to sit out there to enjoy breakfast - but it was too gross to sit on. The kitchen looks like it was recently remodeled but it looks like whoever did the work didnt know what they were doing. You basically needed a step stool to get anything in the microwave - really strange. The kitchen supplies are very hodge lodge and it looks like alot of the stuff was actually left by other renters. There are only about 7 bath towels in the entire house - and the ones that are there are stained up - really nasty. There are no rugs in any of the bathrooms. Getting out of the tub in the master bath is really difficult because the tub is an old whirlpool tub (really dirty) and you have to take a huge step out onto tile floor - I nearly wiped out several times until we used one of our 7 bath towels as a rug. There is no flooring in the one bedroom - just painted concrete. There are no doors on any of the closets - which is also strange. The one plus was that there are 3 bikes in the unit - 2 adult and one child, a canoe, beach chairs and fishing supplies. I called to ask about these things before we came and they told us that there were no bikes or any of the other things - so we took our own bikes along. Overall a big disappointment.

Loved pool

Pool was beautiful. The sliding door was still broken, but we realized that a screw was pushing the door off the track and the track was filthy. We fixed that and it worked great. The floors were filthy, we cleaned them and the rest of our stay was wonderful. Thank you.

Memorial Day Weekend Trip

Overall a really great experience and good value. Pre-trip check-in and check-out procedures were very clearly communicated. Plenty of towels, plenty of kitchen service pieces, pool was very clean and got a lot of great use! The only downsides: 2 of the bedrooms became very warm at night, the sliding door from the kitchen to the patio is difficult to open and close, and the power strip for the outdoor TV was a little sketchy. We would probably stay here again though!

Absolutely Wonderful

The house is everything that is states in the ad. Beautiful! Clean! Wonderful lanei! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this house to those looking for a week of relaxation! The only thing we struggled with were the sliding glass doors on the back of the house. The one from the kitchen would not hardly open at all. We tried the ones in the living room- but they were so hard to move- we gave up.

Great week

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation home! The neighborhood was quiet, safe and friendly. There’s a playground within walking distance for the kids and plenty of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants close by. The house had many cosmetic updates but was still a vacation home as sliding doors are outdated and hard to open, bunk bed room does not have flooring and instead is on a painted slab and one guest bedroom is across the home from the other two rooms without a bathroom nearby. The house was very clean and provided all needed amenities and the pool was great! The property managers were responsive and easy to work with before and during our trip. Would recommend this home to others.

Overall a great home

First off this property and location was wonderful and we had a great month. There were only a few little things, such as there could be a little more cleaning done each time, that includes wiping down drawers after renters. We found alot of crumbs etc in the kitchen and bathroom drawers. The layout of the second bedroom from the bathroom was also inconvenient as it was across the house. Not a game charger, just harder for our family. All in all a great rent.
