I strive to be fair and open when I write these reviews. My wife and I are in our 70’s and tend to stay in a property for months at a time. Therefore, our perspective is different from someone on a week-long vacation. We like to focus our critique primarily on controllables but in some cases it is necessary to highlight general environmental issues.
Our interaction with the Property Manager Craig was very positive. It is our understanding we are the second tenants of this property under this owner I assume they will continue to make improvements.
This property has many positive aspects:
Positive Aspects
• A great collection of Dishes, Utensils, Pots and Pans.
• Beds are very comfortable.
• The WIFI is adequate – but there was noticeable
buffering issues during the Super Bowl.
• Excellent Gas Grill.
• Master bedroom Towels are superb.
• The Privacy Fence provides a nice closed in backyard
• There is a noticeable newness in most appliances and
the home is well appointed.
Negative Aspects
• Very Noisy Neighborhood, loud cars, sirens,
motorcycles, helicopters. We prefer a quieter & more
relaxed environment. Property is located 1 block off Del
Prado Blvd and within a block from a hospital
• The Lanai is very small with limited seating.
• Pool is very small and unheated. Pool is useless in cold
months.
• The living room is small and cramped.
• Smoke detector is very sensitive, every time you make
bacon it goes off.
